Nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains and directly on the water, Percy’s Cove provides what you expect from your Norris Lake getaway. Located in a secluded, year round deep water cove, this home offers up fun and views of the lake every month of the year! An open floor plan and modern amenities provide guests with a comfortable place to kick back, relax and enjoy Tennessee's cleanest lake! Take advantage of the outdoor seating on both decks - for dining or just for taking in the beautiful vista. Ambient solar lights on the dock are perfect for star gazing and night fishing. Arrive to a house that is inviting and comfortable. Park **up to** 4 vehicles on the driveway. Your beds will be fully made, and towels & starter cleaning supplies will be provided. A stocked kitchen and outdoor grill encourage you to break out your groceries and cook up some delicious meals. Enjoy the calm that comes with a no wake zone - swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or just relaxing on the dock. Then, hop on your boat or jet ski and head to the main channel, just minutes away. You'll find your proximity to Flat Hollow Marina especially convenient (just ½ mile). This marina offers entertainment, dining, restrooms, grab-n-go food & beverage, ice, boat, jetski & tube rentals, trailer storage, and fuel. No watercraft? No worries! There are plenty of options in the area for rentals. Some nearby options are Flat Hollow Marina, Powell Valley Marina, Blue Springs Boat Dock, and Springs Dock. During Prime Months, we prefer a one week minimum stay, and recommend a Friday to Friday stay so you get a FULL weekend of fun and don't spend half of your Saturday driving and unpacking! You will find some summer weeks where a 3-5 night stay is available, as we understand not everyone can get away for a full week of lake fun. Spring and Fall offer the most scheduling flexibility. We loved our stay at Percy’s Cove! Location was perfect for our family vacay, very quiet area of the lake but yet Flat Hollow Marina was within view. Our family had a great stay and will definitely come back!!

We rented several homes at lake Norris and this is one of the cleanest and well kept at the lake.
The owner communication was prompt, courteous and very clear. We will definitely stay there again

I stayed here with my family and had a great time. The house is nicely optioned and in a great, quiet location deep in a no wake cove. The location is close enough to get to the busy part of the lake if you want but you have quick access to Flat Hollow Marina and Powell Valley Marina for dinner, drinks, and fuel. The owner was very responsive and helpful. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here!

House is one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Great location, great accommodations, great communications, just a great experience all together. Home is tucked away in a cove so it is great for swimming. Kind of a far idle through all the floating houses but has great scenery. Home is on the far north side of the lake but is great for smoother water for watersports. House feels more like a home then a rental.

We really enjoyed this beautiful lake house. The fire pit on the dock is a really nice touch. The only issue I had I felt the checkout process was a little much I’m not used to having to put the dishes away and do laundry in order to check out.

This place was perfect for us. The labeling of everything was very helpful. We had a small issue with a leak in a shower but Jen was quick to respond and the issue was resolved quickly. The place was clean and organized. More than enough room for the 9 of us. We tried to reserve the same place for next year, but it was already booked. I'm not surprised as this place was great. Jen was also very friendly, helpful, and clear on communications. Would love to stay again sometime in the future.

We loved our stay at Percy’s Cove. The house had plenty of room and was the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed in, and was very clean. Also the communication was fantastic. We received text messages before our visit, after we arrived, and prior to departure. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our group stayed at this house for a writing retreat, and everyone was very happy with the overall experience. Great communication with the owner, too. She was super responsive to everything we asked and needed.

We came from Alabama to celebrate our sisters birthday, and it was a fantastic experience all around. The cabin was nestled in a cozy cove on the lake. The changing leaves from the balcony gave an amazing view for slow morning breakfasts. And the fog rolling over the water was so picturesque!
The beds were all so comfortable, and the open kitchen was great for community and conversation throughout our time there.
We had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing weekend in the mountains! We hope to make this a new tradition!

We had 4 couples. Perfect sized home; Slip for our pontoon; dock for fishing, quiet cove for kayaking!

We had such a great time. Spacious kitchen and living area. We loved the screened in porch. We definitely got a workout in with all of the steps to the dock. However the dock was great. Kids loved swimming and kayaking around the dock and cove even in the rain. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful home with a wonderful screened porch. Property is very well maintained and Clean. Beds are ultra comfy. Boat dock is easy to use in a nice no wake cove I felt safe letting my grandkids swim. They had a blast. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Getaway
House was very clean, well-kept and very nicely decorated. Our group included 6 adults and 6 kids/teens and we never felt cramped. The cove is quiet and we did not see much boat traffic. The marina and restaurant was just a short drive - lots of food and drink options for when we didn’t want to cook. Great communications with the owner, who was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Very nice place!
Members of our family ranging from age 15 to 74 stayed at Percy's Cove during the last week of June. The home is very welcoming and nicely decorated. Everyone commented about sleeping so well on the comfortable beds after spending all day on the lake. Having easy dock access on a quiet cove was a big plus. We had a great time! Thank you for making this home available for us.

This is a great place to stay. Plenty of room. Short walk to the lake. Very clean. We grilled out on the deck every day with the view of the lake in the background. We went fishing off of the private dock every day and had great luck. We will definitely be back!
