Pots and pans; utensils; 12+ place settings; small appliances (crock pot, blender, griddle, mixer, toaster); a coffee bar with both brewed coffee and Keurig along with an assortment of creamers and sweeteners. Dining Room - seating for 6. Den - Desk with office chair, loveseat. Primary Bedroom - Queen bed, 32" smart TV w/Netflix, en suite full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, 24" smart TV with Netflix. Bedroom 3- Queen bed, 32" smart TV with Netflix. Bathroom #2 - Newly remodeled with walk-in shower. Parking - you will have access to the one-car garage, plus one driveway parking space. Across the street is an open field, so there is ample parking for large vehicles on the extra-wide street. Outdoors - Gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating with fenced backyard.
