You'll sink into a beachy mood in this cheerful space decorated with upscale ocean-themed decor. The living room minibar features a drink fridge, so you'll never be without a cool beverage. The gorgeous full kitchen features full-size appliances for all your cooking projects, plus fun touches like a French door fridge and an extra long breakfast bar. Two bedrooms features en suite bathrooms, so getting ready in the morning won't be an issue. Central air conditioning can keep everyone cool and comfortable while the private washer/dryer preps your swimsuits. In addition to a wonderful oceanfront location, guests can enjoy access to a gulf front pool and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center during their stay. You'll be able to see the shared pool from the balcony! Things to Know Elevator in building. Updated as of summer 2021. Guests can enjoy access to a complex-exclusive beach. This home is not recommended for snowbird travelers. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: Located on the bayside of the complex. Used only for docking of boats. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were drawn to this property because of the 3rd room with two beds. It was even better than expected because they added bunk beds recently and the room had 3 beds, so kids didn’t have to share. Loved it and impressed with how quickly the owners of the property responded to messages.

Lots of space, very clean, & a beautiful view! The kitchen was stocked with several appliances & dishes, and the entertainment center had lots of games and movies! So fun! We had the best time and we hope to come back again!!

This place was beautiful, but there was some confusion upon arrival… we had to call customer service because because the refrigerator felt like it was broken and was not cooling down or food.
They kindly explained to us that the refrigerator takes several hours to cool down after the cleaning crew comes through and they even stent someone in the morning to make sure it was working!
A note to the customers about this process would be very helpful …explaining the refrigerator process to let you know before arrival.
We also felt the cleaning was not up to our standards. (Found hair in two sinks, dirty toilets, & all kitchen supplies/pots/dishes/utensils were dirty)
But the actual condo is very nice it is a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, great location on the beach and very family friendly! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Balcony is small but was adequate for 4 people.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and true to description. Getting in/ checking in the condo was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again in the future. If I had to suggest one thing, the queen bed was very uncomfortable. Maybe add a foam topper to it. However, both king size beds we’re comfortable. Overall, our stay was still a 5 star trip.

We had to cancel our trip on somewhat short notice (about 48 hours in advance) because of the air travel mess around Christmas. VRBO never responded to my first request to cancel the reservation. The manager of the property did eventually respond -- after sending a message thanking us for checking in (which we didn't do because we never made it to Florida!) -- but that reply said we couldn't have any of our payment refunded and apologized for "the inconvenience this may cause you and we appreciate your understanding."
I understand that this is a business and we had to cancel on short notice. But not offering any refund at all seems greedy and a poor way to do business. Why, for example, should the manager still collect a cleaning fee on a property into which we never set foot?
I won't do business with them again.

The room and hotel was great amazing atmosphere. The only complaint was the hot tub was not hot it was colder then the pool water other then that I cannot complain at all

Wonderful property and location!! Would definitely be a do-over in the future!! Only thing we would change is an earlier check in as we were traveling with a 10 month old. Highly recommend this property! We will be back!

This condo had more than we anticipated. Games, books, beach supplies. The coffee pot is not in the listing, but it’s a combo pot/pod maker. Great views and a large pool that was never crowded. Would definitely rent again.

Location, location, location!
Condo is beautiful, with easy access to the white sand beaches of the gulf coast. Pool, hot tub, and work out facility huge plus. Could use some beach accessories (towels, chair, umbrella) for those staying to use.
