This community offers an outside community pool, tennis, and a bike path. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story townhouse is bright and nicely decorated. It offers an outside shower, an open and screened porch, assigned parking, and is located a short distance to the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. The first level offers an open porch, living, dining, and kitchen areas, a breakfast bar, a half bath, and a screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom and bath and two more bedrooms, plus a bathroom and laundry area. THINGS TO KNOW Two (2) free parking spaces are provided at the property. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
