The house was very clean and was in a great spot for fishing. Very close to a boat land maybe 8 minutes drive time less than two by boat. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The only negative was the hot tub. It was very dirty and not clean water. I was able to talk to the property manager, but they wasn’t able to get anyone there to fix it. They a get away from. They also told me that they knew there was a problem before my stay and I wasn’t informed. I wasn’t happy about that at all. They did refund me some of my money.

Really enjoyed this quaint Lakeside cottage. There was plenty enough space for two couples and then some it’s an older house with some updated touches. Would definitely rent this house again. The grass was a little high outside and could use a really good dusting, and a few of the blinds don’t quite fit, right nothing major that would keep us from renting again.

The property was really clean and nice and great for a fun girls’ weekend. Would also be wonderful for a family vacation. However, the hot tub does not work properly. The local property manager communicated with us well about it and was extremely responsive, but they were not able to remedy the problem during our stay. Still hoping for a partial refund.

8 moms rented this house for a girls trip and it didn’t disappoint! It was spacious, super clean and had a fabulous view. We loved everything about the property. The only thing that was a disappointment was the vacasa property management. They didn’t help us with the fireplace or jacuzzi when we couldn’t figure out how to use it. They refused early checkin, even though a tropical storm was hitting the area and the previous renters had checked out.

HOT TUB!! couldn’t wait!!Well, I’ve tried to tell my story and have run out of room because I only have so many letters I can use. Bummer. I have to give a very shortened rundown of my horrible experience with, what I believe, is a seemingly dishonest property manager and Vacasa’s blind trust in him. I would love for you all reading this to know exactly how many phone calls, emails, texts, accusations, apologies, frustrations, and lies that were told. All over a stinky, dirty hot tub we called about within 20 minutes of arriving on the property. Took pics as dated proof. In the end NOTHING was ever done about it. Oh yeah, except I was blocked from renting any more Vacasa properties. All Because I tried to get something fixed. 20 minutes after I’m blocked the property manager shows up under the guise of wanting to secure items around the home because of the hurricane coming in a couple days. I tell my wife to film. He moves plastic chairs from one part of the yard to another (leaves others still unsecured) then guess what? He makes his way to the hot tub and…with a woman stepping between the camera and him, stands at the controls for a few minutes then puts the jets on high and leaves….so fast that he doesn’t even shut tight the door he came in. The unmistakable smell of chlorine fresh in the air soon after. Can’t be within 25 feet of the thing without smelling it. How about that??? How does operating the controls on the hot tub help secure it from a hurricane? Maybe securing the lid (didn’t happen)? Again I wish you could know the FULL story. Since I can’t tho, I’ll move on. There were dead bugs in the hallway, this old house smelled like moth balls, under the grill was a leaky water valve, several power strips, and grease caked all over them.Fire hazard waiting to happen. Conditioner bottles were so old the water had separated from the solidified goo left over. The master bed was awful. I would LOVE VRBO to have the ability to edit or respond to what this property manager or Vacasa is going to reply over this….folks, just ask yourself, if I’m lying, why would I waste hours of my vacation time trying numerous ways, and multiple times trying to get the tub repaired?? To take pics and videos when I started smelling something fishy going on? Then taking the time to rewrite this review several times to get the word out? I must say I’m glad I take arrival and departure videos of places I stay because I do not trust this company or manager!

This was a trip to unite my elderly mother and aunt who both have had a very difficult health the last three years. The peacefulness of the lake and the surrounding area was exactly what our family needed while we relaxed and reunited. If you want someplace that is peaceful, calm, and has amazing energy, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Loved our Vacation. The lake was Beautiful! The Lake house was great. Spacious bedrooms. Great views from master bedroom. My Husband and I took our Daughter and Her Son and Daughter. My 88 year old Mother came also. They had such a great time. Very relaxing in the Sun room. Outdoor grill was great. We grilled out every night. Very Quiet there also. This is our second time renting this Home. We will go back.

Great location! Nice little house on pretty cove. Dock was great! Has everything we needed. Comfortable and clean ! Only negative comment is the dishwasher not secure in counter and button rack came flying out when loaded with dishes.

Exceeded our expectations! Wonderful place right on a cove with amazing views of lake, the wildlife on the lake also, Canadian geese, mallard ducks, blue Herron. The hooves was very comfortable and well equipped, wish we could have stayed longer.

The home is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a long or a short stay. The dock and boat ramp made for a fun week on the lake. The sunsets are wonderful on the private deep cove. The outdoor amenities are top notch.

Very clean with plenty of space for 6 guest. Had everything we needed for our boat and fishing gear. After a day on the lake it was very nice to sit by the fire. We brought our on wood but there was wood there as well. Overall I loved it and will go back.
