Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, grocery store, gym and barber.Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.Only 1 mile to I-64, the Airport, Walmart and a plethora of eateries. Come and enjoy all that Frankfort has to offer.

Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious.

Buddy and I stayed for one night. At first glance of the outside complex and surrounding properties we were unsure. However, the inside was clean, updated and perfect for our needs. Kelley was very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely stay again. We love Frankfort!

The property is a pretty updated apartment close to downtown Frankfort. I had a comfortable stay and loved the historical facts that were given in the welcome notebook. I had an issue finding the property because of technical issues with the website, but the owner was very responsive an helped guide me to the location. I would stay here again!

This is an older property but has been updated. We had a little trouble finding it but our hostess was great in getting us straight. Amenities were as stated.

This "condo" is located in a rough and run down neighborhood. Upon arrival, we immediately saw that the condition of the neighborhood was unfit & unsafe. Unfortunately, it was exactly the opposite of what the host made the description out to be. This neighborhood was very unsafe, dirty, and run down. This was not as described by the host or the "reviews." There were dirty mattresses laying in the parking lot, very questionable "activity" going on in the parking lot in front of the apartment complex, and the properties nearby, as well as some of the units in the building which housed this particular "condo" had windows and doors that were boarded up with wood. The unit is directly beside another nasty apartment complex, which was also run down and dirty. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot and saw the condition of the property, we immediately left before it got dark, as we feared for our safety. We are 2 single women traveling alone, and were absolutely shocked and disappointed with this booking. We spent over an hour at night trying to find another hotel, but because of the nearby events going on, everything was booked. We ended up driving about 30 min out of our way to finally find a hotel. I immediately messaged the host AND VRBO. We want others to know the truth about this property, in hopes that travelers will not be deceived as we were. We should have known there were "red flags" when no actual photos of the outside of the property were included on VRBO. As soon as we got back from our trip, I looked up the crime rate statistics for this area of Frankfort, and am sorry to say that this area is listed as one of the most dangerous parts of the city.

This condo was squeaky clean with lovely natural light and a crisp décor. I was also surprised at how quiet it was -- we didn't hear a peep from any other neighbors. However, this space is VERY small, despite the listing saying "Lots of space abounds in this unit." Stay here with a friend or partner with whom you're quite close, because you will always be able to see and/or hear them. If you are someone who needs lots of bathroom privacy, you may not be comfortable here.
