This 2-story home offers 3 spacious bedrooms -- French doors opening on to a balcony with a stunning ocean vista... in the main (with queen sized bed), and views of the harbour from each of the additional two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds), There are 2 full, recently updated bathrooms - one on each floor. At Sea Breeze house you'll enjoy an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area, with ocean views throughout. You can step right out from the living room to the covered back porch, breathe in the ocean air while having your morning coffee; or enjoy dinner and cocktails al fresco on the 2 outdoor tables. Sea Breeze is a loved family retreat. Having enjoyed the home and the island with their family and friends for so many years, the homeowners have decided to share this wonderful space with others... so YOU too can enjoy the comforts of home, away from home.... on a beautiful island in The Bahamas. Come make the most of the peaceful charm that Spanish Wells has to offer. Create some new memories. Find your new favourite place! ** Electricity usage is metered upon your arrival and departure, and will be deducted from your security deposit. We enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells at the Sea Breeze Cottage. The property was excellent, the view was breathtaking, and Sacha took care of all our needs from reserving our transportation from Eleuthera airport to the dock to catch the ferry over to Spanish Wells. Sacha also reserved and had ready our golf cart for our stay, meeting us at the dock upon our arrival taking us to the rental. Definitely a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

This place is dreamy, we love Spanish Wells, the location, the people and the ease. We traveled with our 90 year old father and it was wonderful.

Didn't notice any of the fan noise others have, recommend getting a golf to get around to other restaurants and papa scoops

Fantastic!
We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze this month! Home was perfect for our group and the views were beautiful! Sacha, the property manager, checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well. My only recommendation would be to add a BBQ grill outside! It was so hot cooking indoors! Would have loved to grill more!

A Great Seaside Cottage
This cottage was perfect for our stay in the Spanish Wells. The back porch, with the near constant breeze and view of the Bahama waters was wonderful. The bedrooms were all nice, and the kitchen / dining / sitting area was a great communal space. Others have noted the fan noise from the restaurant next door, and while it was a bit loud (and more or less constant) this did not detract from our experience. Sasha was a great help with lining up anything we needed. This was a great experience!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Sasha who made everything so easy and welcoming, even picked my family up from ferry boat with such a warm welcome!!!! We will be back again!

What a great place to stay in Spanish Wells. The home is comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of seating for our group inside and outside. Being right next to the Shipyard restaurant was very convenient to pop in for lunch, dinner or just a cocktail. Others have mentioned the hum of the A/C compressor, but it was barely noticeable from inside the house. Even sitting on the rear porch it was not bothersome to us. We found it to be "white noise". We were able to sit back there and talk and have coffee every day. The beach was a quick golf cart ride down the road, and the grocery store was nearby as well. In fact all the restaurants on Spanish Wells and Russell Island were within a 20 minute golf cart ride.
Communication with Sacha was very good as well. She arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as our golf cart reservation.
Also, if looking for a charter (excursion) look up Captain Roy Pinder. He and his wife Linda do an amazing job as well.
We feel comfortable highly recommending SeaBreeze to anyone visiting the area!

A nice house and excellent kitchen. On the water with great views but a long way from beach. The almost constant drone of the air conditioner of the large restaurant next door was extremely annoying so I would not rent here again.
