Welcome to your holiday home. This single family 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located on a deep water canal and is a couple minute paddle away ( kayaks are provided for your stay) from the beautiful crystal clear Weeki Wachee river. Our home is an open floor plan and features, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wifi, with all you could need for comfortable vacation. Master bedroom has a king size bed with private full bathroom, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom is located downstairs with separate entrance and private bathroom. This wonderful home would be a great fit for a family or a couples vacation, with plenty of ways to enjoy nature this unit is a second story private home. discounts are provided for week and month long stays please message for fall discounted rates.

the house is conveniently located on the river. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a king and the other a queen. Each room has its designated bathroom. Both have full showers. The kitchen is roomy, full fridge, stove top, oven and microwave. The living space has a fireplace and a large flat screen tv.
The backyard has 2 screened in patios, one upstairs and one downstairs. Outside there is 6 kayaks available to use, with paddles and life vests. There is a floating dock that makes it super easy to get on and off kayaks.
I have stayed at this location before and was super excited to revisit, however my stay wasn’t as up to par as my previous. A few comments below:
Access to the property was never shared with me. I was told I would receive an email from Vrbo 48 hours before the rental start with codes to get into the house. Day of rental start, I contacted owner through the Vrbo app asking for access none was provided. We were lucky, the sliding glass door was left open. However this posed a security threat cause we were never able to fully lock the house when we left, we had to leave all valuables in our cars.
My paid reservation should of included access to the bottom unit, I even inquired about it prior to renting, but since I never received a code to get in, we were unable to use that floor. One of my friends spent the weekend on the floor with whatever linens we could find and extra pillows, because he had no bed to sleep on.

Very clean, perfect to dock our boat, kayaks available to use. Screened in patios both upstairs and downstairs, perfect fpr relaxing.

Location on weeki wachee canal was amazing! We loved kayaking and saw manatees fish and birds every day. Nicely furnished well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend. We will be back next year!

We love paddling Weeki Wachee and this home made it even better. We put in and the head spring and paddled to the backyard. We brought on our boats but the boats Tabitha had available would had worked perfectly. Thank you! We will be back.

This was the most comfortable, clean, accommodating vrbo experience we have had yet. The home was so clean, and the location was perfect. We will definitely want to stay here again.

My family had a great time staying here. It was perfect for launching our paddle boards and heading out to the spring. We saw manatees hanging out by the dock both days. House was very clean and had everything we needed including fun family games for the evening.

Great place for kayaking
Very nice property, had 6 kayaks. Kitchen was well equipped. Saw manatees in the canals, great trip.

We had the best experience kayaking on the extremely clear river. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Our host was always informative with area adventures, resturants and must visits. We would come back for sure!

BARKING DOGS
TOO MANY BARKING DOGS AROUND HOUSE,
A LOT OF DEFERRED MAINTENANCE HALL WAY LIGHT NOT WORKING, I REPARED OVER STOVE LIGHT MYSELF, FRONT SCREEN DOOR BROKEN AND TIED BACK TO RAIL WITH BUNGEE CORD, FLOOR OF HOUSE WOBBLY, 1ST FLOOR PATIO A MESS, I COULD GO ON BUT I WON'T !!!!

The property is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are confortable. Very well equipped, the kitchen has everything we needed. The kayaking experience is amazing.

Dock Holiday is a relaxing place to stay and the neighborhood was very hospitable. The TV situation left something to be desired and if I was the owner, I would be looking for a new cleaning crew.

This apartment is located and a nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed kayaking every day and it takes you less than 5 mins to Weeki Wachee River Hospital Hole where lots of Manstees hangig out. They provide 5 kayaks that all worked great. Apartment is well equiped, including the kitchen.
The only thing that really disappointed was that TV was provided only via apps. We weren't able to watch a single football game on Thanksgiving Day as we do not have any password for any US provider. Otherwise than that we had a nice time there. Host is very responsive and reacts immediately to requests.

Awesome Stay
This place is great! Short paddle to the main river with all the amenities. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space inside and out. Had an awesome weekend paddling the river!

The house was amazing. Very well furnished and very clean. The house is on a canal with easy access to the river. We took our boat to go scalloping and had no problems. The kayak traffic on the river can get frustrating, but very easy ride to the gulf. Will definitely stay here again!!!!
