It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ STARTER SET OF ESSENTIALS ★ We provide a starter set of essential toiletries to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
