My wife and two 20 something year old sons really enjoyed the condo. It was the perfect size, clean, quiet, and an excellent accommodation for all of our seaside adventures. I highly recommend it to other groups amd families our size and hope to be back for another stay someday. Oh, and the semi-open air gym is awesome. Cheers!

Condo is in a great location with walking access to restaurants, shops, golf, miniature golf, trails and more. The more adventurous types can walk to the beach from here, as well. Unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Management staff was readily available to address a few small concerns during our stay. And you get to heckle golfers as they play past the back patio. ;)

This is a very nice condo located very conveniently next to the Kings' Shops. Everything went very smoothly with the reservation and check in/out process. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need, the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our family of four.

Beautiful property and great location. However you cant be onbthe porch aftwr 10 or before 8 am, the quiet times,they dont like you even talking.

This is a well-located property - quiet, gated neighborhood, very convenient to Queens Marketplace and the King's Shops, short drive to excellent beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. Our first time renting a Vacasa-managed property and we were impressed with its approach. The presentation of the property on the VRBO site is accurate, except that there are a lot of little things about the property that need some TLC. It clearly is primarily a short-term rental property investment and does not show what I would consider to be the attention to the small stuff that an owner-occupant would have. That is why overall I'd rate it a 4, not a 5. But overall it is fine.
