Spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo Fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen Cable TV in 2 Rooms Ceiling Fans Throughout (6) • Oceanfront Location• Sunset Views Year Round• Quiet, Residential Location• Walk to restaurants & stores• Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Surfing Nearby• Three pools, including one that is oceanfront• 2 Lighted Tennis Courts with stripes for pickle ball• 3 Hot Tubs & 3 BBQ Stations• Tropical Gardens & Flowers• Activities Desk & On-site Security Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. I fell in love with this home and property. I honestly didn’t want to leave. We stay in many places throughout the world and this rental by far was one of our favorites. The teens loved their respective spaces and the pools. We parents enjoyed the deck. The location was perfect for exploring the Island. I cook every meal and couldn’t have been happier with the kitchen amenities and all the extras. We slept better than we have in years and were sad to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Condo 1904 exceeded our expectations and matched the other reviews we read. This condo has a great view. We enjoyed the view from the wonderful patio, enjoying the crashing waves during the day and watching the lights of the manta ray snorkeling boats at night. The condo was furnished with everything we could want. The beds and furniture were very nice and comfortable. The condo was large enough for our party to spread out so it would be great for a large family or group of friends. Overall we had a great experience with this condo.

This condo exceeded our expectations from the minute we walked in! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning, it doesn’t get any better. We had plenty of space for our group of 5 to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bedrooms and beds were comfortable and perfect for relaxing after long days at the beach or shopping. The property is well maintained and we had a choice of 3 different pools to choose from, all were just a short walk from the unit. The only downfall was the bugs (roaches), but some that is to be expected on the islands. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and traffic of downtown Kona but close enough to easily access everything. We can’t wait to come back and visit again! We weren’t lucky enough to see any dolphins, but maybe next time!

This property was perfect for family members who wanted to enjoy the ocean view and lounge by the pool(s) and equally as wonderful for the ones who wanted to explore the island.
The condo had plenty of room for privacy and to congregate, cook and enjoy the view.
Additionally, we were so close to amenities (groceries + shave ice) and to snorkeling beaches.
Particularly loved the walking path along the rocky shore in front of the complex.
A repeat stay in the future!

This location was amazing - our host went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction- we have stayed at several vacation rentals and this was top notch. We saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Thank you for a great stay- we loved all the amenities of the condo association. Several pools, Pickleball, tennis, outdoor bbq by the pools. A clean quiet and beautiful location !

We just got back from a week staying at Kanaloa at Kona, and it was fantastic. The location is great in that it's away from the crowds of Kailua but close to a grocery store, drugstore, restaurants, etc. The condo itself is wonderful. The balcony is right on the water so the sound of waves crashing is ever present. There are 2 large bedrooms on the first floor and a loft bedroom up a flight of stairs. Beds are comfortable, pillows good and towels thick. The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you like, and there are some basic condiments/spices available as well. We don't have one negative thing to say and encourage anyone looking for a great place to spend a week, stay here!

We LOVE this condo!! We came as a family of 6 and had plenty of space to hang out inside this very comfortable well furnished space. We had everything we needed and loved to watch the amazing sunset from the back porch overlooking the water. The master bath is huge and the beds so comfortable. We played tennis and pickle ball and the pools are great!

We LOVE this condo!! We came as a family of 6 and had plenty of space to hang out inside this very comfortable well furnished space. The lanai speaks for itself. Plenty of room for 3 couples while we were there. Pool and other amenities were outstanding. Easy enough to get to Kona yet far enough away to have some peace and quiet. We'll be back

All facilities were perfect. There was nothing missing. The kitchen appliances were in perfect condition. Other accessories were also extensively available (dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, pool towels, cooler bag and much more). Just perfect. The cleanliness was also exceptional.
We had previously stayed at 2 properties in Kauai and Honolulu so we had a good comparison.

Great location, lots of space
We loved our stay at Kanaloa at Kona #1904. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the waves was idyllic. Being able to play tennis and then cool off in an oceanfront pool was great fun. The condo is spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the spa-like master bath and the well-stocked kitchen. We bought groceries at the KTA nearby and enjoyed lots of home-cooked meals. The washer and dryer were key. Opportunities for kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming at a sandy beach are all close by. Highly recommend!

I love the way the entire property is presented: looking fresh, all exterior stuff and flowers no less.
Three pools all clean and warm. For my third time to Big Island the Best Condo, did I mention I stayed next door at the racket ball club? Truly this part of the Island is a way to beak the Seattle weather. Did I mention over 80 degrees every day. We used two of the bedrooms and the got all theIsland Air it just has to be good for you.

Best Condo for everything Hawaii
This condo exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were great as were the remodeled bathrooms! The location was perfect, the pools were wonderful and the best part, off of our balcony you could see whales and dolphins. We will be back! Thanks again!

Wonderful Condo with great views
The condo was wonderful! Great ocean views including a whale, dolphins, and outrigger canoes each morning. it is located near (walking distance if you like to walk) shopping / restaurants etc. - just go out early as most places close at 8pm. The condo was spotless, well maintained, and the community has very good amenities including 3 pools. Great place to stay - highly recommended!

Beautiful
Kanaloa complex is beautiful, everyone is very nice too! Our condo was perfect! Clean, beautiful view, well organized and furnished, was very welcoming. We travel a lot for work so this was our first time renting a condo and was absolutely awesome! Waking up and drink our coffee watching, smelling and hearing the ocean, after a quiet and restful night on comfortable beds, spoiled us!
If we go back we are hoping to have the opportunity to rent it again, we left a little piece of heart in there! Thank you!

Condo is located in an ideal location situated facing and "on" the ocean. Very well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. Very difficult to find comparables.
