Our well-thought out house features a lovely open floor plan with beautiful floor to ceiling windows facing downtown, an expansive deck with grill and fan, great back yard, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed. The open concept is throughout the house. The second bedroom is actually a living area that is closed off with privacy curtains. The floor plan allows for you to share space from the front door to the back porch. We invite you to come chill at our place! Our location is a prime spot for the Live Music Capitol of the world. You are a 5 minute drive to the heart of downtown, the Palmer Event Center is around the corner, and you are less than a mile from South Congress- a strip on eclectic shops and restaurants. You can rent a bike and take it around our famous hike and bike trails at Lady Bird Lake right across the street. Be sure to stop by the original Chuy’s on your way back for a margarita then you can really wind down on the back patio with a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The garden space was fantastic with great views of the city. Very close to Palmer Events Centre where we were working.. Found new places to eat and drink close by and good to explore a new part of Austin.

Have stayed at this propery several times. Small,cozy, and intimate. Great views of the city. Quiet, respectful neighborhood yet walking distance to SO much.

This cute property is located in close proximity to downtown and Lady Bird Lake. There are places to go within walking distance or a short drive or Lyft. Also, lots of bikes and scooters for rent everywhere. The house is very cute with the deck in back being the prime location to hang out and enjoy the view of the downtown Austin skyline!

This is an incredible property, in a great location and a spectacular view of the city skyline. The home is cozy and clean with a huge back yard and a great deck. Easy walking distance to many things, or a short Uber ride to go a little further. Looking forward to the next visit. 😎
