You walk straight to the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre (about 500 m). Or you can have the local baker deliver fresh rolls to your door in the morning. By car or ski bus (stop at 400 m) you can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, with a peak of 3029 metres, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is very extensive and fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. In total, the Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top. Der Saunabereich war sehr schön. Der Außenbereich ist super. Schade war, dass wir die Sonnenliegen nicht nutzen konnten, da sie aufgrund der vielen Vögel, welche sich unter den Dächern einnisten, voller Vogelkot waren und vor unserem Einzug nicht gesäubert wurden. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde nicht gesaugt. Überall auf den Böden war Dreck zu finden. 3 dr Er 4 Stühle am Esstisch waren kaputt und somit nicht richtig nutzbar. Die Wohnung sollte am Ende des Urlaubs besenrein übergeben werden. Jedoch war der im Keller stehende Staubsauger kaputt und ohne Staubsaugerbeutel.

Fantastisches Haus in perfekter Lage, sowohl für Sommer- als auch für Winteraktivitäten in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Pisten von Kaprun. Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung für 2 Personen. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir haben köstliche Abend genießen die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Wirklich ein Muss.
