Paradise Awaits! Our Luxury beach home was Newly furnished/remodeled as of end of 2022. Few blocks from Collier Blvd/ and San Marco rd area. Our home features 4 Bdrm 2 Baths (guest is a shower tub combo) and primary is a double size shower only . Back patio faces a beautiful SW wide water views and a bright open floor plan with all newer appliances and all the comforts of home! The screened lanai features a heated pool, outdoor dining and outdoor gas grill. The screened Lanai faces SW to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets while you watch for manatees and dolphins! There is great local bikes rental company available where they will drop them off for your vacation and pick them up. Walk to gorgeous beaches or rent a boat and tie it up to our private dock! We hope you can relax, unwind and take in the beauty Marco Island has to offer! All this for similar cost to a studio Hotel room at JW Marriott down the street. (Note: Our home is professionally cleaned, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels are available to guests *** Please note that we have our vehicle locked in the attached garage. The garage is locked and off-limits to guests. A few times a year The vehicle may need to be accessed during a guests stay, only via the garage and will only and take 1-2 minutes to pull out, we hope you dont mind. We hope you enjoy Marco 🏝️Island. GRILL is available but propane tank is not included. We have professional exterminator services however occasionally you may find a dry bug local to Florida and heat, we hope you dont get freaked out they are very common in we hot areas. Some summer months have black flies that get thru the lanai, those are common too and seasonal, our pool company cleans the pool weekly or more if needed.
