We came for a weeklong family vacation to Lake George. There is easy access to all of the area’s amenities with a short drive. Literally about 5 minutes to Lake George Village, or 15 minutes up to Bolton Landing. With cozy in the title we were expecting a small house, but it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6! There is a nice dining room (great for a family game night or meal!), and also space to sit in the kitchen around the island. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. There are also some lovely outdoor spaces including a large porch, back deck, fire pit with seating, and grill! The house was very clean and included basics for the week, such as toiletries and linens. We would happily stay at this property again in the future!

The house was as warm, beautiful and cozy as in the photos. The bedrooms were very inviting. The bottom bunk had either a full or queen size mattress and was comfortable for my daughter and son-in-law. The location is excellent, an easy straight drive into the town of Lake George or the Sagamore Hotel which is in the opposite direction. Katherine was readily available to all of my emails, friendly and helpful when needed. My family voted this trip the best one yet. We won't be back next summer but they all agreed we will definitely come back to Lake George and this house.

This was a great home for our family vacation. The location is the perfect distance from both Bolton Landing and Lake George. The home is clean, cozy, and well maintained. Communications from and with Katherine & Kevin were timely and quick. Everything was exactly as listed and one of the best VRBO locations we have booked.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy yellow farmhouse! To start, the location is great, just a few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants of Lake George Village and also close to Bolton Landing, a beautiful town. There are several beaches in the area to choose from, all great! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable (2 masters, both with a full ensuite bath, one downstairs and one on the second floor) a bunk room and a twin room. My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and our 14 year old grandson and his friend were all so comfortable and relaxed. There’s a wrap-around front porch with rocking and Adirondack chairs that quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The backyard is very large, with total privacy (which is something you don’t often get in a lake house). Lawn games, an outside grill, large picnic table, and fire pit provide all you need for a wonderful vacation. Katherine is a friendly host, offering open communication if we had any questions. This is a 5 star vacation home in every way! We can’t wait to return!!

We had a great family trip to the yellow farmhouse. Very well supplied and decorated with lots of nice touches everywhere in the house. Beautiful front porch and nice backyard for grilling and fire pit/corn hole. Hosts were very pleasant and available to any issues except that it some of the messaging was borderline between checking in with us versus checking up on us. My only other constructive comment is that the downstairs bathroom shower had very weak, water pressure. Great place overall!

I took a weekend fishing trip with 4 of my friends and this property was perfect. We made use of the fire pit, the lawn games, and the close proximity to restaurants and boat rentals. We could not have asked for more.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in excellent condition and the hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and help us celebrate a family birthday. One of the best vrbo hosts we’ve experienced!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! It was perfect and comfortable for everyone. We had everything we needed to be able to relax after a long day. I would definitely love to come back sometime when we have more time to explore Lake George.

I was so impressed by this property! We have stayed in many places and you could tell they were rentals. This house was impeccably clean! We loved the details of the Xmas tree and winter decorations, to the flannel sheets, and the cozy fireplace. We will absolutely be staying here again when visiting Lake George! Katherine & Kevin communicated everything and were so pleasant!

Stayed one night place was very nice and cozy !

We had a wonderful stay with our family and my daughter's friend. Katherine was great....very responsive. We went skiing for the weekend at Gore. The property was perfectly located to enjoy both LG and skiing. We unfortunately left a few items behind, and Katherine so was great to retrieve them and mail them back to us. Highly recommend.

House was very cute! Super clean and the host had great little touches. Loved the coffee bar and that it was stocked! Would definitely stay here again.

This charming house was exactly what we were looking for during a winter weekend in the Adirondacks. It was centrally located and well-appointed. We visited with four adults and we were very comfortable in the two master bedrooms. I would love to return with my kids to take advantage of the sweet children’s rooms upstairs!

What a warm welcome we received when we walked through the front door! The fireplace was lit and there was a welcome basket waiting for us on the kitchen counter. Each of the bedrooms had a special welcome sign as well! Katherine and Kevin were amazing hosts! They provided us with helpful information throughout our stay! We loved it here and couldn’t wait to come back for a cozy evening after a day skiing at Gore. Hope to return again soon!

Simply delightful home that was so warm and cozy. Perfect location for a get together. House had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Leaving welcome signs and a gift for our friends 5yr old really made it extra special!

This was my first experience with booking on VRBO and I was NOT disappointed. We had 6 adults staying overnight for a family gathering and we all loved this charming property! It was very clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. The host had special little welcoming touches for each of us and she was a delight to communicate with.
