This is a pretty property away from the city in complete silence with a small view of the lakeshore in the middle and surrounded by trees. We found the house without any problems and the remote check-in process and getting in was easy. The house had everything we needed and our party of 7 had plenty of space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, several seating areas and a well-equipped kitchen. We came unprepared for the fact that there was no filtered water (fridge or faucet) which we prefer to regular tap water (which is drinkable according to the city of Rogers’ website), so we turned around and drove back to the closest store which was a Dollar General in Prairie Creek. Also, make sure you bring coal if you are planning to use the grill. While we were grilling, two deer skipped along right by us, not even 20 yards away, so nice! Thank you for having us, we loved the old wooden floors and decoration, the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well.

The house worked well for our family. We loved the things to do in town (blue zoo, Amazeum) as well as the local hiking.

Love the mid-century modern design of the house! There was plenty of space for everyone, and it was very comfortable. The shuffleboard table was a lot of fun in the evenings! It was an older home and could use some updating, and it could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived. We had some issues getting the television to work, but we reported it to the property management company and they sent a technician out to resolve it immediately. The management company was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall, it was a wonderful trip!

This house was perfect for us. 4 adults, 4 kids. The open floor plan was great, the house well stocked and clean. We stayed there at Christmas time, and will have to come back for a summer experience.

Early October is a beautiful time of year to visit NW Arkansas. We greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The home is well laid out—large rooms, plenty of open spaces, several areas in which to gather/socialize as well as lots of outdoor spaces. We enjoyed sitting on the deck surrounded by trees with the mini lake view. Easy walk right to the lakeshore. The location is perfectly situated for day trips to Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs or antique shops in Fayetteville. The mid-century vibe is fun! I recommend this property for a quiet couples getaway or a larger family vacation.

The space in this house is great, as are the surroundings. And even thought parts of the house have been upgraded, details have been missed and amenities are not exactly accurate -- ice maker does not work; drip coffee maker is provided, not Keurig; instructions re hot water in one bathroom are odd and not accurate; instructions for beach towels are inaccurate; not all lighting works; use of Nest thermometer is not clear, nor is the YouTube video visitors are directed to; TV instructions are not accurate.
