Keurig on counter but not working - so shouldn't even be there. Refrigerator water dispenser not working I am not the fussiest of people but it could have been cleaner - especially dusting There were 2 unusable dining room chairs (looked like just missing some bolts) Overall, it was a great experience. Loved the backyard and pool The family had a wonderful time!!!!!!! 2nd time renting VRBO with no hitches - major plus

Great home with an ensuite in every bedroom. The pool was great for those that don't like the beach (we enjoyed both). The ping pong table came in handy as well as the walkability to Publix. Highly recommend this rental for a large family gathering!

Ample space for all. Appreciate the 2 wagons and beach items. Cooking equipment in good order. Keurig and regular coffee maker useful. Although the starter supplies made the close by Publix essential for tp napkins salt pepper oil coffee filters etc. The garage fridge and pool were great. Any issues were fixed promptly. Proximity to beach and beach cafe/ice cream/beach store was excellent.

This house is a great place to stay, location was amazing. Walk to beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Right across the alley and main road is Manatee Beach which is beautiful and has a restaurant with outside seating. The free trolly also stops at that beach. Very convenient to get around the island. The beach is huge with soft white sand. The house was very clean with dishes and pots and pans for all cooking needs. There were no spices or condiments, not even salt or pepper. Not a deal breaker but good info for the next renters. The pool was wonderful. Very warm. And the hot tub was a true hot tub. Great for the shady back patio. All pros and no cons for this house. A first for me!

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. Brought our adult kids and spouses as well as younger daughters. The weather was cooler than normal but this home did not disappoint! Pool and hot tub were perfect for the cool December nights. Right across the street from beautiful Manatee Beach. Short of being right in the water this will be a house to return to because it was perfect for the 10 of us!

The house was great except the pool pump broke on our second day. Unlucky for us! It was fixed by the end of the week. The house is located in a very busy area. It's behind a public parking area which created a very busy beach atmosphere. It was also difficult to cross the main road, which is very busy, even in mid-October!

We loved the home and area. Highly recommend a golf cart as the closet beach area for walking is a busy public beach area with a massive parking lot. We loved using the golf cart to find less crowded beach areas. The backyard pool area is a wonderful place to escape the heat and enjoy grilling out by the pool.
