With two generous sized decks, an outdoor dining/BBQ area, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a games room at the other end of the house, even larger groups will be able to enjoy a bit of "me" time if they need to. The more active guests will likely end up in the games room honing their table tennis, darts, and Xbox skills or watching Cable TV while the rest of your group will be enjoying each other's company at the other end of the house in the lounge/dining area.
