Just a building away from famous Manly Beach, with partial views to surfers, swimmers, and the ocean from the unit. Great restaurants, shops, ferry terminal to Sydney that goes past the Opera House, Zoo, etc just a few blocks away. No need to have a car. Basic items were provided and once we got instructions, A/C, parking, etc worked well. High end espresso machine we didn't use, but might be nice for coffee drinkers. Could use a throw blanket for cool nights, beach towels, air purifier for musty smells due to proximity to ocean and an extra set of bed linens for longer stays... maybe two umbrellas for downpours that can happen any time. Initial communication with Annabel was great and prompt. Once there, not as fast getting questions answered as we would have liked, maybe due to major holiday crowds. We assume this is a new rental, so a bit more info up front or in the instructions would help. Only floor plan item we would have loved is an outdoor area - patio, balcony, etc but the small office space off the master had a nice view. Great light throughout. TV came with all the apps needed to watch Netflix, Disney, Prime and more for the few rainy days.

Gorgeous place so very close to the beach and shops. Highly recommend! Service level and timeliness from property manager could be significantly improved.
