A part pour l’emplacement ….nous ne recommandons pas cette location

Uniquement l’emplacement

Les chambres sont des pièces noires sans fenêtre. La literie n’est pas confortable et il n’y a pas de drap du dessus ..uniquement une couverture Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine …impossible de préparer un repas Les salles de bains annoncées n’en ont que le nom… Cette maison est sans âme, pas de décoration

Besides the noise, it is a great place to stay for it's location, space and comfort. I would go back

The place was clean and basic but the location was very good. Walking distance to Jonker street and most places that we wanted to go to. The owner was very friendly. Plenty of parking spaces too which was good.

The people who booked the unit next to ours was very noisy. The sound proofing in the place is not good. They should have a cut off time for noise. They brought their own karaoke set and so the noise was horrible.

Spacious environment, lovely staffs and nice location. The facilities able to cater our needs too.

The bedding could be better and blanket is too thin for some of our family members.

Disappointing, will not come again

1. Main gate which was not working properly 2. door lock of my unit was not good . sometimes it does not open the door 3. washroom and toilet were placed too far from rooms 4. kettle was faulty 5. Aircond remotes were not good . cannot control well . 6. very poor water pressure in bathrooms . 7. A single pail and dipper in the entire unit . 8. No fans in the rooms .

Sleepless stay.

It’s very clean.

Supposed to have 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, but only 1 room is with 2 twin beds. End up I have to share a full bed with another person and I wasn’t able to sleep well because there is only 1 blanket not big enough for 2, and I ended up only slept for around 30min for the whole night. There was supposed to be 2 sofa beds but in actuality there is only 1 sofa bed. So there wasn’t enough beds as expected. It’s a choice of sleeping outside the bedrooms with mosquitos or inside the bedroom but no individual bed.

We were happy with our stay.

The property is near the river side. It is a very pleasant walk to Jonker Street along the river side. The property is spacious with secured parking. It is also clean.

Very Nice Melaka Style House

Very clean Exactly as described, charming traditional style 5 bedroom house in Jalan Jawa area Very close to where we wanted to be Quiet Friendly hosts who stayed late to check us in when we were delayed Only the bedrooms have a c but they were super cool The main areas you could open the shutters. 3 bathroom, 5 bedrooms, 3 lounge areas, kitchen. Plenty of secure car parking

No knife in the kitchen. Just that.

Very good

Spacious, clean, walking distance to Jonker Street and attractions.

Slippery floor and steps. Need to becareful of slipping especially if got elderly. Easily trip if not careful.

the parking is ample. in a place where getting a car park is a hassle, Jawa Townstay offers secured parking.

Great stay

The place is very spacious and clean, and Jonker Street is just nearby. Also the host is very friendly.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the living area. We had to spray insect repellent. However, that didn't really cause much of an issue because we were often out, or we would stay in the bedroom.

Homey with a touch of heritage

Loved this place a lot. Super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Private parking with ample space for the guests. Very near to the riverside and jonker street. Even if u didnt go out and choose to enjoy your getaway in this place, it will still be amazing. Homey with a touch of heritage. A perfect place for family and friends to enjoy your getaway. Just some reminder for guests with elder people and/or kids. (These are minor and doesn't affect our enjoyable stay) -you might wanna be careful with the stairs as it is quite steep. Kids love being playful around stairs. -the walking distance from the bathroom to the bedrooms is quite far especially for the elders. Damon (our host) was very nice and accomodating. He called us to know when will we arrived, waited for us as we arrived late at night, lets us checked out late, showed us around the house and explained in details of our stay. It will be better if iron board and hair dryer can be provided in this house. My family and I would love to come back here again. You will not regret your stay here.
