We were staying to be close to family for Thanksgiving. The hosts were amazing. Quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our family. Large couch we could all sit on, large tv for football Saturday, well equipped kitchen, two en suite bedrooms and two bedrooms in a separate wing with a full bath. Although the house is in a quiet secluded neighborhood you are three minutes from Washington Rd and anything you could want - groceries, restaurants, entertainment and more. I would not hesitate to stay here again. A fabulous find!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The 4 bedrooms made it perfect for a family/extended family stay. There is a nice back porch and small backyard that we enjoyed. Great location for getting around Augusta.

My family and I recently stayed here while visiting friends and family in the area. This house is pretty special. It has a small footprint but makes incredible use of the space. Everyone one of the four bedrooms is spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, and the house has a nice covered deck out back. The house is in a very central location, close to the many restaurants of Washington road, as well as the Interstate, and of course the Augusta National. Jamie was pleasant to work with, extremely helpful, and was very quick to respond to my inquiries. The price is very reasonable. Needless to say, our experience was great and we plan on staying here again in the future.

We came to Augusta for our son's wedding and chose this house for it's central location. We had no problems with anything and the size of the house accommodated our party of 8 very nicely. Total recommend this house to anyone who is looking in this area.

Everything was perfectly suited for our family from the handicap ramp in the garage and extra large shower in the primary bathroom to the upscale appliances and my favorite, sitting on the back porch in the morning. Excellent location not far from the interstate and restaurants.

In town for a graduation. Home was nicely decorated and well located in a quite neighborhood close to freeways. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here again.

We came down to visit my daughter and son-in-law who is stationed at Fort Gordon. The house was clean, well furnished, and and located on a quiet street. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We are military so we met my family here as the halfway point to visit them for the weekend! We had 3 adults and 4 children. I have a crawler so I loved the fact the stairs had a door so she could not easily access the stairs. The backyard was perfect for them to play! We had one question while we were there and Jamie was quick to getting back to us. She is super sweet and really cares about the guest! The only issue was some of the dishes were dirty when we tried to cook breakfast, but we easily just washed them and it took us a few to figure out the stove but she was very sweet and offerzd to even reimburse us if we had to go get breakfast. Overall, this place was perfect for us to spend the weekend visiting family. It is also very close to multiple grocery stores, takeout places and shopping! We didn’t get our much but it definitely seemed like a very convenient area! We will most likely use this place every time we meet my family while we are stationed at Benning.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Felt really safe which was great (was our first time to the area so never sure what to expect). Some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a rental! Jamie was great communicating and even mailed back so items we accidentally left behind. Well appointed but didn’t really have toiletries, coffee pods so be sure to bring your own. Would recommend staying here though and would return for another stay.

My family enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated, comfortable Augusta home. The location was excellent and the home was well stocked for us to prepare most of our meals at home. It was easy to also take care of our two terriers since the backyard was fenced in.

Probably the most beautiful houses we have stayed in for the last 5 years and we do ARBAB about 7 times a year. In the mix of everything to do, no shortage of activity or dining.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Mr. Bill communicated with me perfectly the whole trip, he was only a phone call away and that was amazing. The house is beautiful it’s spacious it was so clean it was as described online. The check in process was easy he provided everything you need for a stay away from home . We will stay there again. The back deck is a an added amazing feature.
