The owner is very professional, kind and helpful. The staff was simply great. Ada is very attentive and an excellent host. The room and the outdoors are nice and clean. The service is great. The last night of my stay the air conditioner stopped working (that can happen anywhere), but the nice thing is that the owners immediately showed up and repaired it. I had my air conditioning back after awhile. That’s what I call caring and excellent service for your customers. Location is superb. If possible, I will stay at Mar Báltico every time I visit our beautiful Island. I recommend this place 150%.

It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice room with a great location.

Nothing, everything was very clean and well maintained.

I love that the host responded so quickly, and it was clean but you only get 2 big towels and a middle size towel, I brought my own because me and my husband travel alot, the place is nice but there's an in keeper that made everyone there feel very uncomfortable, we couldn't sit outside for her then you can smoke but she seen us and sprayed the chairs with water because we didn't buy her jewelry and I told her no 5 times, she's very disturbing and malicious and we won't ever be staying again and we stayed a whole week it was reserved from the 25th to the 31st and every guest was complaining about that same lady and she won't let you sit in peace no matter what, and even after 11 she's out and watching everything you do and steady asking when is your check out, she did everyone like that not just us but 3 other guest‼️were like we are not coming back, I gave it a 5 but a 3 for staffing is definitely what should have been given, it's a no for me but the owner was accurate and ao helpful, the in keeper was very disrespectful and rude‼️

Very comfortable and clean. Air conditioned and beautifully decorated. Wonderful location. Nice patio area.

1. The room could have a garbage can in the kitchenette area (maybe under the cabinet). 2. Although the lady that received me (and my brother who was driving me around) was very educated, I would recommend a nicer reaction when men show up. Her salutation felt more like questioning than welcoming.

Unfortunately, the person in charge of cleaning, although friendly, was a little nosy.

Only two plugs in the whole room except for the one in the shower.

It's in a nice quiet street away from all the business of Isla Verde Avenue. The host was very communicative and allowed us to leave our bags on the patio when we arrived earlier than expected. We were able to go get food and come back to a tidied up room. The patio area is cute and inviting.

The kitchenette set up was weird, the mini fridge dangerously teeter totters at like 6 feet off the ground. The fitted sheets had stains on them. Didnt realize it until around 10pm and since we weren't staying the whole night we just laid the towels on top of the flat sheet and left by 3am. Will check the sheets first thing if I ever come back here again, that way I can ask for new set.

Ms. Lyzanne! I wanted to share several of my concerns and complaints. 1. I was completely mislead by your posted intranet pictures. 2. There is no seating besides the low dipped uncomfortable bed 3. There was no hot running water 4. No Tv without personal streaming this was not communicated 5. Walls are dirty 6. Mole in shower which had no hot water 7. Holes in cabinet 8. Pipes popping loud woke me serveral times throughout night 9. Boarders on walls dirty. 10. Last, I communicated with you and you disappeared. No further communication was held. Sadly, I can say this was a horrible stay. I placed the key in return box.

No remote for the tv…only the remote to Roku so I couldn’t adjust volume to tv and it was set on a volume that was too loud for me! The roof top area outside the door should be cleaned/decorated so there’s something appealing to open the door to (Room 4)

It was a quiet area.

No hot water for any of stay and no apologies from manager or owner of property. At the very least some compensation and empathy for the issue. The resident manager says the water situation is not unusual. Terrible customer service. No coffee provided and limited and poor utensils.
