It was clean, but they didn’t have my fruity water I’m used to. But it was ok

Noise carry amongst floors and rooms was high. Bed was way too soft. Slept sitting on couch.

My room was dirty, blue cigarette lighter on headboard, a small behind curtain in the window, someone before us opened a mini fan and left the box in the window and it was never removed.

It was clean and staff was nice.

It seemed overcrowded and overbooked. Most days it was hard to find parking in their light.

We pulled down our bed’s sheets to find blood stains on them!!!! It took staff 45 MINUTES to get up to our room to replace the bedding!!! It was late and my entire family was up late bc of them not moving quickly! As if that even mattered once we found BLOOD STAINS ON OUR UNUSED BED SHEETS!!!!

Everything just nice place room stay

The pool was quite small.

bathroom is sucks. door can’t be locked. very tiny sink with cheap faucets. very hard to wash hand and face because water comes out and around. shower isn’t working properly and there is no spout that you can get the water and wash things. disappointing.

the beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab and the room was too hot and the AC was not that adjustable. also the TV was placed in a weird spot that wasn’t easily visible from the bed

Everything was very clean and wonderful the staff were very helpful and respectful as well. Streaming option in the television was very useful as well.

Breakfast I think should last till noon. I missed it every morning .

Room size. Dirty iron. Cheap towels and wash cloths. Did not get room location I requested.

Not as good as the one in Alabama. Had to pay to do laundry. Facilities weren’t as nice. No waffle machine, like the one in Alabama.

The Actual hotel was nice and clean

The pool was closed in and the chlorine was so overwhelming that our eye's was burning, nose running, coughing, is was so Horrible we couldn't stay and enjoy our self.

Property was very clean, rooms were updated and comfortable.

This was the last stop on way home of a 2 week vacation all over the northeastern US- after staying in hotels in NYC, Boston, Cape Cod and more. Of all hotels was treated very unprofessionally by staff member here. Loved the hotel accommodations, had unfortunate encounter with very rude employee last minutes of stay. My son left room and tried to get juice at 9:55 for the road and employee wouldn’t allow. I came by at 10:00 on my Apple Watch and he had turned off machine and said they close at 10. I kindly asked if he could turn on real quick for us to get juice and he refused and was very rude to me. I informed the front desk. When paying hundreds of dollars for a nite’s stay and treated so poorly, I will not return. I wonder if this employee would have liked to be treated this way and his child refused drink after paying to stay. This is unacceptable behavior to treat your clients this way.

Didn't have the time for breakfast but my interaction with the staff at check-in was perfect. I didn't get their names but it was around Friday evening.

I extended my stay on Saturday morning, and she wasn't the friendliest. Maybe it was the beginning or end of her shift. Also I'm not a fan of being charged multiple times after checking out. Having additional holds on funds is annoying. I received a final bill, that should be final. Still waiting for the hold for the additional night to fall off before I have to call
