Идеал на неделю-две отдохнуть

Отельчик чистый, хорошо оснащенный и с новой мебелью. 7 номеров, идеально для компаний с детьми. Завтрак приличный. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, помогут снять авто, посоветуют экскурсии. Вполне на три звезды.

Если придираться, то далековато от центра, лучше на авто. Зато тишина и воздух чистый.

Charming ambiance, delightful breakfast, picturesque

Our stay at the guest house in Alma-Aty, Kazakhstan, was marked by several positive experiences. Firstly, the location, although in a residential area close to the city center, offered a sense of tranquility away from the bustling streets. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with charming interiors that exuded warmth and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax on the lovely terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was a delightful assortment of sweet treats, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

While our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. One notable inconvenience was the intermittent problems with the water supply. Initially, we faced a lack of hot water, followed by the unpleasant surprise of rusty water flowing from the taps. Although these issues were promptly addressed by the manager upon notification, they did detract from the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, we found the room temperature to be uncomfortably high at times, requiring us to seek assistance from the staff to regulate it. Finally, while the guest house provided coffee capsules, we were disappointed to discover that they came at an extra cost, which felt unnecessary given the overall price of our stay.

Rami nuo miesto triukšmo pasislepusi vieta, susiekimas su miestu tik taksi ar savo kojomis. Man buvo per kieta lovą, nors ir nemėgstų minkštų.

What a brilliant place to stay.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is out of the city but it is easily walkable. It is in a quiet suburban area. The decor is clean, fresh, contemporary and colourful and the bathroom appointments are fantastic. The lady I dealt with doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Russian, but we used google translate and facial expressions, and we did well. Her help and attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast; there were enough familiar dishes to balance out some that were different for me - all good quality with a really useful time that it was available. To have bottles of water replaced in the room every day was a bonus.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I'd like to return in the Summer or Spring to take advantage of the outdoor settings.

Аккуратный, новый,небольшой гостевой дом. Неплохое месторасположение. Приятная веранда, где в теплое время подают завтрак и просто хорошо посидеть.

Цена несколько завышена, завтраки- скромны. Голодным, конечно, не останетесь: есть каша, яичница. Но сыр, колбаса, выпечка - все по одному виду, без изысков. Натуральный кофе-1500, это дорого. В других отелях 700-1000. И звукоизоляция не очень. Народу в отеле мало, поэтому это не большая проблема. Но когда кто-то идёт по коридору - все слышно.

Exceptional

Very clean, well set-up room with all the amenities, including a fridge and kettle, as well as a cute balcony (the only room with a balcony, I think). Excellent breakfast (with lots of variety) on the spacious terrace. It's kind of on the edge of the center, but it's a pleasant walk through a park to get into town. We've stayed in several Booking.com places in Central Asia, and this is the only one that matched the description and actually had everything that was described on the website!

Exceptional

CryptoHotel is close to the heart of the city and the surroundings is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind. They accomodated our early check in and also offered us free breakfast while we waited for our room to get ready. The breakfast is delicious and has good variety. They even kept our luggage for a day while we went for a trek. It is great value for money. Highly recommend.

We just loved it here

Excellent choice, very calm location, we felt like at home. We stayed first 2 nights of our Kazakhstan visit and then we booked again for last 2 nights. If you want a quite and clean place, i definitely recommend

I miss very few things. Maybe some jam or marmelade for porridge and a good coffee for breakfast. This instant nonsense coffee is just awfull. But all the other stuff was just 1*

Good location and staff. Some improvement is required.

I liked the location because it is close to the zoo and Central Park as well as it away from the city noise .The staff are friendly. The room is very clean.

If only the staff can speak English that will be very helpful. The variety in the breakfast could be improved. The early check in option is not available. We arrived next day early morning but we had to pay for one full day. We left mid-night we had to pay for full day as well.

Clean, quiet, well equipped room.

Problematic communication - there's noone at reception and nowhere to find, staff doesn't speak english which led to misscommunication. They told us breakfast is at 7am which was wrong and we missed it. But morning receptionist was kind and quickly helped us getting taxi to the airport.

Clean and tidy room

room is comfortable and clean

staff speak poor English so it’s really hard to communicate, it is located in the middle of nowhere so I can’t even find a place to have my dinner! breakfast starts at 8 so it’s not suitable for those who need to catch a morning flight and the lady at breakfast didn’t speak any English and couldn’t understand that I want a quick breakfast. she tried to find someone but failed so I have to leave with an empty stomach. oh by the way the dog nearby started to bark early in the morning.

Everything is clean, quite, comfortable location, very nice breakfast, caring owner of the hotel, outside super fresh air and greenery/nature.

I don’t have anything in mind to suggest as I liked everything. My stay was great.

interesting small, cosy hotel, very good breakfast, I liked to stay there

cosy hotel with an interesting story: you can buy there pictures which are protected with blockchain-tokens. Very friendly host-couple and very good value for money

the property is very difficult to find - no any plates on the street, No sign even on the entry. Entry door can't be opened by guest, you have to call host every time when you return from the city.
