View was beautiful. (from apartment you can see the sea and mountains). The location is on the hill and sometimes it is difficult to walk if you are not used to it.
You can find a supermarket nearby.
There is no vacuum cleaner available and as long as I stayed no one came with the vacuum cleaner.

Big and comfortable apartment with wonderful view from the balcony.
Cooking utensils could have been better. Note that it's a 10 minute uphill walk from the nearest beach to the hotel, which is quite tiring (yet satisfying).

There is no washing machine in the room, but it is highlighted in the description to the object.
It is noisy because windows are direct to the road. So you should sleep or with enabled air conditioning all night or with an open window, but in this case, be ready that the traffic starts early in the morning

Spacious apartment when you manage to locate it. Handy to have the supermarket a short walk away. Makarska itself was brilliant and we would definitely return - but not to this apartment.
We struggled to locate the apartment as there is no signage at all and the street itself is not clear. I called the host for clarification of the location and when I asked specifically is there a sign stating Sun Spalato at the apartment they advised me yes there is. In fact there is no signage at all so this really confused us. There is no confirmation you are at the correct apartment until you try the lockbox number and it opens or not. Signage would be helpful. Also for a 2 bedroom apartment taking 5 people there is only one small 2 burner cooktop. Hot water is limited also meaning not everyone can shower each day.

Amazing place! Definitely worth every penny!
Good location. 4 min walking to a huge supermarket, 15 min to a beach, 30 min to the Bus Station.
Beach is not central which means there are fewer people.

Great service from management who answered all our questions promptly from the get go. The apartment is newly built & modern. Everything is exactly as described & pictured. The view of the sea is fenomenal. We enjoyed many glorious evenings watching the sunset. Fabulous stay.

The property is a bit on the hill but that makes the view even more amazing. Worth it!

Everything was great. The view is beautiful. One direction is the sea, the other one is the big montain. Best ever. Apartment is big, very close to the beach.
As the road is close and it goes up to the hill, its noice can be sometimes distrubing, but my kids even enjoyed this too. This is nothing compared to all good we got during the week.

perfect location with an amazing sea view, spacious terrace to enjoy a lovely sunset. building close to supermarket and a little away from the busy and noisy touristic area. 5 min walk to the beach but on a hill, so hot to walk back to the apartment but worth it with the view all the rest.

it is new. nice view from window.
it is really far from the seaside! it is good only if you have a car! it is new therefore some furniture is absent, for example please for shoes and so on! when it was windy the ventilation make noice, it was impossible to sleep!!

We happened to be the first guests to Sun Spalato Residence. The building is located about 10-15 minutes of walk to the closest beach and has got a private parking lot. The apartment we got was located on the 4th floor of the building and it had an amazing panoramic view of the sea and the mountains, just as described. It looked almost exactly like in the photos (at the moment they are visualisations). It was brand new and clean. It was decently equipped with even more equipment to come, as extremely friendly staff were there for us almost 24/7 and paid attention to all our needs and suggestions. The price was really reasonable for off season.
