Difficulty to contact the property manager outside Booking website although a phone number was provided. If a guest calls the number after 17:45, there is only an automated receiver. I faced this issue when I arrived to the property location and yet didn't get any instructions where and how to pickup the keys and enter the property. After almost one hour, the manager answered that I didn't pay the prerequired deposit. Actually, it seems there was an issue on my first attempt to make the deposit on the platform, the day before arrival as requested. As I didn't get any confirmation from either the platform nor the manager (I requested this through Booking), I made a second attempt using an App on my phone. This time it went fine and I got the confirmation from the payment platform. It has been very stressful waiting with my family on the street, until we got an answer and a whatsapp contact from the manager.
