Quite neighborhood. Walked to pool and nearby stores. Easy commute to surfside beach and many shops nearby.

Sliding doors were in need of repair but didn't hinder our stay at all. Overall, the place was in great condition.

I do recommend the property giving a key card for the pool to anyone staying here. It makes it hard to use this amenity.

Location was great. No mention in any ad there was 14 steep steps to carry luggage the minute you entered the door! Extremely narrow entry. Cleanliness extremely poor. Bug “stuck” to floor of tub, kitchen surfaces cleaned with dirty clothe, fans had dust hanging from blades, body fluids on sofa.

I was charged $177 for this apt to be cleaned after I leave. It was not cleaned BEFORE I arrived. Even the utensils in the kitchen drawers were dirty. Although I have used booking.com in the past with great results I will not use this company again.

location was great because property was close to everything, house was spacious and decorated very well, also loved the patio out back.

Property wasn’t very clean, there was dust everywhere and I was sneezing the whole time I was there (I have dust allergies). Dishwasher had a horrible odor and there was a dirty skillet in the oven. it would be helpful if kitchen could have basic amenities like salt/pepper or coffee and if there were more specific checkout instructions regarding location of dumpster.
