Great pool area with nice sea wiev because accomodation is up hill, spacious apartment, high level of cleanless...

poor wi - fi in room but better in terace, very basic breakfast containing of almost nothing, very far from beach and pretty far from village, very difficult comunication with hosts on english, 10 - 15 drunk tenage guests were making a lot of noise all day and all night and the hosts did not react on it did not tell them anything, it was very disturbing because those guests making loud music, singing, jumping in to pool...

Great the location very good breakfast.

Location - very good. If you arrive by a car it's just off the highway and a bit further away from the noise in downtown Malia but still easily accessible by foot. 15-20 min walk to beach. Rooms are clean, personnel is friendly, pool is nice and there is even some variety in breakfast. And for a small amount we even go to extend or stay a little bit - our flight was in the evening. But all in all it was a nice two week stay.

Bathroom - it's really small and it's separated only by glass from the rest of the room. And the glass has no sound insulation at all if you know what I mean :). So you can hear everything when someone is in the toilet. And there is no shower curtain which is odd I think. Secondly - we booked this place to be a little away from all the hassle and noise in the old town / beach area. Which worked fine most of the time, but you got to be aware that you could have teenagers (a lot of them) as your neighbours. and they don't sleep at night :) Wifi speed and quality could be better. If there a a lot of users the connections get's so slow it's useless.

An amazing week at a lovely hotel, very friendly staff happy to help with all of our needs, rooms are amazing and the view is sensational definitely will be returning soon. Thank you to all the staff

The best thing was the view we had from the Room and the view from the pool.

the city below oldtown malia isnt the prettiest, but Old town malia ist really beautiful

Close enough to the strip/ amenities but far enough away that it is not loud. Great pool and very good value for money.
