This home includes a Stair Tamer cargo lift for groceries, coolers, and luggage. Please note that there is no telephone service. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Nice open house , good location, close to shopping. Closer to beach than thought! However! No curtains! The sun beams through early and we had a peeping Tom from one of the larger homes. We had to rig sheets on windows upstairs. Would come again if owner gets curtains.

The lift was excellent! It saved a lot of trips up & down the stairs. The rest of the home nice, clean & had all the necessities for a family vacation.

Property was awesome really no complaints. Had an awesome time staying here with my fiancé and dog. Loved the big open concept family room/ kitchen with high cellings. The large patio is also the perfect hangout spot to hear the ocean and relax. Will stay here again

Dated 4bedroom rental with close beach access amd close to town amenities. Broken kitchen cabinets and slow draining tubs with low water pressure throughout. Older bedrooms, but comfortable for a few nights.

This new rental company has a much lower standard for cleanliness than outer beaches realty did. We have been renting from them for years and don’t plan to continue after this stay.

We had a fabulous long weekend. Loved the open layout of the main living area, and we could see the ocean from the upper deck. Sleeping was comfortable and house was very clean. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed a day trip to Ocracoke.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing people! Nice short walk to all the shells you can possibly want! Excellent view every night! Avon Pier near by where we watched fishermen catch 5 foot sharks! Super cool! Great store (Food Lion) located near for all you needs! Very highly recommended! We will be back every year 😀

We booked Kinakeet Retreat a few days before our arrival and we could not have made a better choice! The kitchen supplies were beyond our expectations! The space for us to be together as a family or branch off was perfect! The kids especially loved the pool and the seat in the deepens! We will return to Kinakeet Retreat! Our family absolutely loved Sunsets in Rodanthe. The views and the sounds of the ocean waves were incredible. You felt like you were beachfront. The short walk to the beach was so simple. The house it self was like moving into a new house as everything was clean and fresh. The refreshing and crystal clean pool plus hot tub were an extra plus everyday in the afternoon. This home was very large and had a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen for our family to use. The walk to beach access was short (5-7 minutes if walking slowly), and the beaches were not crowded during our visit. The kids loved trying to see fish in the waterway bordering one side of the home though there were a lot of mosquitoes in and around the home likely because of this waterway. The elevator worked well, and all of the rooms were spacious. We had some maintenance problems found during our trip (drawers [kitchen and bedroom] coming off their track, a hole found in a screen door, a crack found in the exterior of a bathtub, etc.). I left 3 voicemails, received a call back after only the first voicemail, and had an extremely, helpful maintenance employee come check out the home regarding that first phone call. Overall, my family had a pleasant beach trip and enjoyed walking to some of the nearby shops. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
