This is the perfect home for family reunions to enjoy the best Watercolor has to offer. This stunning home features tranquil views of Western Lake from the balconies. You are footsteps away from the Boat House Pool and Western Lake Bridge. When you are ready to go to the Beach Club, hop on the bikes or golf cart and you will be headed inside the gulf front club in 2 minutes. With luxurious designer interiors, this beautiful 4,710 square foot home will easily accommodate up to 16 guests in three king suites, a full carriage house apartment, and multiple bunk rooms. *Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. * Namaste Features - Private pool can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April - Western Lake Views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies - Complimentary Use of a 6 Seater Golf Cart - must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver to operate, golf cart only available for use within Watercolor and not to be driven to Seaside or on 30A. - Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. This spacious home was so lovely, clean, and comfortable; plenty of space for our 7 adults and 2 children. Property mgr. was responsive to concerns, and communication was excellent. Wonderful location, easy access to amenities, Beach Club, walking trails, and even Publix. Kids and adults loved the heated pool, and the enclosed backyard was perfect for our dogs. Bikes and golf cart were much appreciated. A very memorable holiday stay; highly recommend Namaste #97!

Great property and great week. 8 family members 5 of whom were over 80. The house was perfect with plenty of space for long group chats, card games and story telling. Kitchen was and dining areas were perfect for meal prep and dining together. Location was also perfect for strolls to beach, lake, shopping, and eating out.

Wonderful home and perfect location. Our second year at this property as it accommodates all ages and a big groups very well.
Big improvement opportunity is to add a microwave and dresser to the carriage house. There is no place to put your clothes and living out of your suitcases for a week in tight quarters is difficult.

Location perfect, house was beautiful, pool was a great bonus. Baby gates did not fit stair openings, would have been nice to use for toddler. The golf cart is a nice incentive but we felt like it didn’t help us because we couldn’t take to seaside or Publix. We had to rent another golf cart so we could navigate the area. The house was lovely, a few things did not work such as sink in butler pantry, sink in carriage house, and the lights on the top floor. It was fine, but our kids used flashlights to see as needed. Thanks for a great week!

We loved our stay at Namaste - the house was well appointed with a perfect layout for our family. The carriage house was nice for our older children - in their 20s - to have a separate space from the little ones. The pool was the perfect size for floating and large enough for the little kids to play in. Location is excellent - close to everything. We plan to book again!

Property was accurately described and exceeded our expectations! Pool, golf cart & bikes were great to have with a group our size, but the location was perfection. A huge shout out to Addie who helped me book, was informed & advocated for me throughout the planning and especially when we arrived. I’d like Jacque Hamilton to give her kudos for all the communication & time she spent steering me in the right direction. Addie was the best!!!

Im a picky gal.. this place was beyond perfect. Out of the hustle of beach crowds, but close to everything via golf cart or a nice walk.. when you are in the mood. Lovely, quiet vacation. Very nice place indeed.

This property is beautiful, clean, great location and has so many porches to enjoy when you want to just sit and relax. It fit our large family perfectly, especially with the carriage house over the garage. The use of the golf cart was a big plus especially when trying to find parking. They just added a pool, which is a nice addition, however, it wasn't available to us as they were still working on it. The management team was very responsive with letting us know when the workers would be there. This was our first time to Watercolor and did not disappoint! Watercolor has many activites to keep the kids busy and they had so much fun! We loved all the different pools, the playgrounds and the walking/running paths. We made the best memories!I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Wow- we didn’t want to leave!! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, everything about it was PERFECT. The design and decorations, the luxury finishes, the comfortable mattresses, multiple living areas!! And on top of it all - this was in a premier location in watercolor! Five stars all around! Thank you for the beautiful memories. We will be coming back!!

You won't be disappointed! There is so much to do in this area, and this rental is gorgeous. The rooftop deck where you can get a glimpse of the Gulf was one of my favorite parts. This rental offers everything you could want in a 30A vacation.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I cannot stop talking about our recent stay in La Casa al Mare. This home is huge and gorgeous yet it felt so homey! Everything was exactly as I would have chosen for my own vacation home. My parents loved having their own space in the carriage house, and there was plenty of space for my siblings and their families in the main house. We will never forget the fun times we spent here. The location was perfect to access the beach club and everywhere else we wanted to go.

This home was located in the top front of watercolor so it was easy to walk almost everywhere. The view of the lake was so beautiful and peaceful. It's the kind of scene I would love to wake up to every morning. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed to keep our crowd happy.
