KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the accessible kitchen, configured with all-new stainless steel appliances -- including a roll-under induction cooktop. Helpful gadgets include a blender and coffeemaker. The breakfast table seats three. BED & BATH This cottage sleeps up to four guests between a queen bed and the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The accessible bathroom is fitted with a European-style roll-in shower and a roll-under vanity. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on your quaint covered porch, furnished with seating for two. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer combination, and new remote-controlled AC/heating. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the owner lives in the adjacent main home on the property. The loft is not guest-accessible. THE LOCATION Situated in a quiet location in central Tacoma, this residential retreat is only a few blocks from the Allenmore Golf Course and Allenmore Hospital. Local shops and eateries on 6th Street are an easy 15-minute walk, while downtown Tacoma museums and dining are within a 5-minute drive. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is 24 minutes away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We absolutely loved the quaint, cute, and quiet place to stay during our road trip. It was a great first experience of Tacoma. The neighbors were very welcoming and sweet. They showed us their baby ducks and the goats were always fun to watch.

The property was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed! The hosts were a kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful time while lounging at the home and it was right next to all we needed. Safe and tranquil, but also nearby enough to restaurants and night life. Perks for being so close to the Tacoma Done as well since we were in town for a concert (My Chemical Romance). I would gladly stay there again.

We had a big event at the Tacoma dome and this place was a short drive away. The house was so tastefully decorated and it was easy to unwind and relax. The bed was sooooo comfy too! We will stay here again when we come back in a couple months.

This place is fantastic!! Clean as can be. Open floor plan, bright and airy, with clean everything and everything supplied that one could need. Quality appliances, handicap accessible entry ramp, kitchen, bathroom and living area. Low Murphy bed and lots of storage cabinets. Well-marked and well-lit for late arrivals. I'm definitely staying here next I'm in Tacoma!!

The studio is clean and is well equipped. Very nice decor. The next door neighbors have goats and chickens and my grandson enjoyed watching them. Also the neighbors were kind and gave us grease eggs. The blueberries are ripe and we were able to pick fresh blackberries. I enjoyed my stay and will look to see if it is available for my next stay. I highly recommend this studio if you need somewhere to park you and family in the Tacoma area.

The cottage a good set up and the location was convenient to everything you would need in Tacoma. The induction range was difficult to use and not have enough pots and pans that would work with it. We I did not like that when I texted management I would initially get an automated response. Once I heard from a live person they were very friendly and helpful.

Very private stand alone unit was perfect for our family of 4. The cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully designed in a NW modern concept. The management is extremely responsive and the place was impeccably cleaned prior to our arrival. Close to where we needed to be and easy walk to a nice park for the kids.
