I changed the reservation to 7 people instead of 10, but the host never accepted the change so I was charged an extra fee for those 3 people. Communication was spotty, we were assigned a concierge by the host but they were not super helpful with booking the things we wanted, and were mainly just upselling on a cruise/stocking the kitchen/home chef which all seemed a bit overpriced. In fact, this was one of the main reasons we booked this property as we saw good reviews for the concierge service. Also, the house was not properly stocked. There were no toiletries, which I know can be expected, but there was also no spare toilet paper and there was only a small amount on each roll. So we ran out on day 2 and needed to go buy our own. Location is as not great, not bad. There is a fantastic breakfast spot next door, as well as a taco shop, but everything else required Uber/taxi, and Ubers are very hard to get from the hotel zone and taxis all try to price gouge from that area so transportation was a consistent challenge. The condo itself was nice for a larger group, there was a large common area downstairs and easy access to the shared pool. Water pressure on the showers left something to be desired, but otherwise everything was relatively clean and in working order.

Owner ask for a deposit after you have arrived and already paid vrbo. The deposit is never returned! House had very low water pressure. Pool is shared with community not private.
