Upstairs (at the rear of the house) is a sunroom and study area , perfect to quietly get away from the gang (if you need to). There is a ramp from this room out to a really large, fully enclosed back yard and lawn with shady trees, (perfect for an afternoon snooze, a sit on the lawn or family games).
