As expected - not brand new but still good. No pool table though as per pictures & one other guest thought they had read a spa too on one site - but there wasn’t one. Would rent again though.

A wonderful property. Amazing views and the best location. Great heating and showers/ bathrooms. A great place for a large family and a skiing holiday. Would stay there again easily. Thank you for a wonderful home to stay in whilst tourists in NZ.

Our family group of 8 across three generations had a very enjoyable stay. The house is up the hill 2.5 miles from the centre of Queenstown - an easy walk on the Frankton Trail along the lakeside. All but one bedroom have expansive views of the lake and the Remarkables. Bed linen and towels all clean and crisp. Only downsides - the kitchen was not well equipped for the numbers (e.g. shortage of saucepans and no wooden spoon) and in places not obvious e.g. behind doors, the skirting boards and carpet had not been cleaned for some considerable time and there were areas with dust sufficient to leave finger prints in. The pool table was disappointing as the surface was ripped and there was insufficient room to get the cues flat to the table. Despite all this the house was fundamentally OK and we would recommend it for large groups.

The view was stunning, location was great and the size of the house was good for our large family. However the state of the property is not as it is portrayed. There were lights out in every room, door handles did not work properly, furniture is very tired looking and uncomfortable, the pool table is ripped and looks dreadful, just to name a few things. Another thing is that it is not child friendly/safe at all as it only has star pickets and rope as a fence with a 2 metre or more drop. It would be good if these things could be rectified moving forward so that others can have a better experience. Regards Helen

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this very large house with plenty of room for the 8 of us who stayed there for 11 nights. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all the appliances you need. Incredible views of the lake and great spot only 5 mins into Queenstown. The property manager was accoommodating in being able to add us an extra night at the end of our stay
