We offer an allocated off-site parking space approximately 5-minute walk from the property. Please note that we provide a parking permit for 1 vehicle only. The Space: A warm and cosy cottage that has been recently renovated. The central heating is controlled by a portable thermostat so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs. The entrance vestibule leads directly into the sitting room where there are wooden floor and a steep staircase off to the first floor. Through the sitting room there is a separate kitchen/breakfast room fitted with modern units and appliances. The big kitchen window overlooks the rear of the property. A rear lobby has a cloakroom and an external access door to the courtyard, ideal for late summer evening drinks. A narrow spiral style staircase from the sitting room leads to the 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms. With 1 modern bathroom and a separate toilet room. The Neighborhood: The property is adjacent Regent Street and in close proximity to Gonville Place, on a 'no through road'. It is in walking distance of the train station and City centre with a variety of Restaurants and bars along Regent Street. Mill Road is only a 5 minutes walk away with many independent shops and Restaurants to satisfy everyone's taste. Property backs onto a pub garden and therefore it can be a little noisy at the weekends Getting Around: The property is right in the City centre so we recommend walking around or if you want to feel like a true 'Cantabrigian', hiring a bicycle. Other Things to Note: You will have the whole property for yourselves during your stay. Let yourself in, at your convenience, with self check-in.
