About this house rental
4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with kitchen, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill! Enjoy giant Connect 4, Ladder Toss, Spike ball, and there’s a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees and fish are in the canal! 6 kayaks & life vests are at your disposal. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular, the pictures really can’t do this place justice. My family had the best time here and we really had no troubles. We even saw 4 manatees! This is such a great place for an escape.

We loved Andrea’s place - there was so much to do! Kayaks, lawn games, even a volleyball court. It was spacious and clean. Great location for Weeki Watchee. We had a ball kayaking on the local rivers - the birds and manatees are wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had more than enough space at this house right on the water! The canal is very peaceful. The outdoor space is great, the decks are very nice. Our kids loved the available kayaks, games and the separate room below the house. Excellent location and communication with the owner!

Awesome stay, had a great time hanging out and swimming in the river.
Only downside is the water you can swim in without kayaking to the springs is at the end of the canal so you get quite a bit of seagrass and wash up. If you don’t mind a short kayak ride (7 mins) to where it is nice to swim, you’ll love it. We had a great time!

This house was great. We stayed here after my son graduated A school from navy. We loved the river and saw manatees most days.

The inside of the house was super clean and well stocked for pretty much every need. Anytime we had an issue the home owner was relatively quick to reply. The only complaint we had was the propane tank was completely empty and the grill wasn’t clean. We had to walk to another property across the street to their other property to get an extra tank. They have a lot of extras in the house for kids which was nice. We would stay again! The paddle wasn’t bad to get to the main river where the water was clear.

This property was wonderful. Clean and as guests we were well provided for. It was the closest to a hotel experience that we have had in individual rental properties.

The house was amazing. Very easy to check in with door codes. All rooms were very clean Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Everything you need to cook for the family. The house was set up great multiple porch areas to hang out and relax and enjoy The view. underneath porch was perfect for kids to hang out and do their own thing. The deck had a lot of seating for everybody to relax in the back and enjoy the water. Short trip to the corner of the spring where you can enjoy the crystal clear ice cold water. We got to see a lot of manatees and a very rare site of dolphins coming up and down the spring. Also forgot to mention the volleyball court was awesome. We definitely utilize that all weekend Had a lot of fun games. Communication with the owner was great. Anything I had question for was answered right away. This is a yearly vacation for the family but first time in this house and so far the best house we have stayed in. Looking forward to next year and definitely recommend people to stay here.

We had 24 family members in town for a big birthday and rented a few houses. This was our home base where everyone could gather to enjoy the water and play games. Wonderful location!

Great space for two families with young kids. We came in July and the cool water was a nice relief during record breaking temperatures. We saw manatees every day - lots right off the dock. They really have the house well stocked with everything you need - kayaks, a paddle board, water floats. Pleasantly surprised with a well stocked kitchen (even appliances you don’t expect like air fryer and blender). Great spaces for entertaining and comfortable furniture. Everything was very clean well maintained.
My only complaint was that the fourth bedroom (downstairs) isn’t connected to the main house (separate entrance from the exterior). We had planned on kids sleeping down there, but upon realizing that (really only appropriate for teens and older), we weren’t able to use that space for sleeping and had to squeeze four kids into the one upstairs bedroom. Not a big deal, and still thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, just wish I had understood that from the beginning.

I wanted a low key bachelorette party and this home was the perfect place for us to stay!! We had a total of 6 girls and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and also hangout together as a group. The main level screened area was probably our favorite spot to hang out and eat/drink! We saw a momma and baby manatee right at our dock almost every morning too! We’ll def be back! Thanks so much for having us!

We had the most amazing stay! The house is adorable and so clean! The outdoor area is so wonderful! We saw Manatees, kayaked, played volley ball, made s’mores, it was the BEST!! We can’t wait to come back and do it all again! The owner was also equally amazing, very responsive and helpful!!

We had an amazing spring break experience! We were a little unsure driving into the neighborhood as there were some older less maintained homes but as soon as we turned the corner to this home our concerns were alleviated. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos. The owners have obviously put much consideration into making this a perfect vacation home. So many touches from decor to giant outdoor jenga and connect 4. They had all the essentials and extras to make it feel lime home away from home. Highly responsive and super clean! It was about 20 min paddle to the mouth of the river, but the beauty of the blue spring water and seeing the manatees was worth it! Supweeki rented us extra paddleboards and she was so kind! We used the overnight boat rental on the fridge magnets in the house and they were so nice and helpful! Also, had a great dinner at The Upper Deck

The home is stunning and has everything you need to truly unwind. We had manatees show up several times in front of our dock which was spectacular! The host was attentive and gracious. Loved the house! We had two families staying together children ages 8 through 17 and four adults. We spent days kayaking/paddle boarding the river. We also checked out weeki wachee springs, pine island and the lift adventure park. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained! Every day we’d come back to house and hang out on the back deck, we loved the outdoor space! We also had manatees right off the back deck on our first day there! Beautiful home and was stocked well

If you need a river escape, this place is a dream. Our highlights were the big multi level deck, the screened porches, the easy dock and kayak launch spots, and the comfortable accommodations. Being able to launch straight from the house and paddle to the river (about 10 minute paddle) was such a treat. The kayaks provided were great for what we needed. We had a beautiful balance of river adventures and down time back at the house that made this trip feel like a true vacation. Many thanks!

The property was a great place for our family to stay! My siblings and our families came to Spring Hill to celebrate our Dad's 70th birthday. This place was perfect for us since there was plenty of space and common areas and great outdoor space to spend time together. Then on Sunday there was plenty of room for us all to watch the super bowl together inside! Kayaking on the weeki wachee was also awesome, tons of wildlife and cool things to see. Andrea is a super responsive and helpful host. Overall can't recommend this place enough!

This house was great for the weekend stay at the end of October. Well furnished and offered plenty of sleep space. Lots of amenities for activities like paddle boards, kayaks, and yard games for entertainment.

We loved our stay as far as the place, location, friendliness, and communication. Unfortunately some got sick with a bug while there, but we made the best of it and it helped tremendously that the water is right there so you dont have to leave. We took our own paddle boards and kayaks, just left them tied to the dock and took off whenever we wanted through the canal and a couple times to Roger's landing. We saw SEVERAL manatee which was awesome! The outdoor Jenga was played A LOT, the sunrises were beautiful, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect!

Beautiful home and amazing manatee watching
We rented this as our last summer vacation with the kids and some friends. The teenaged boys had their own quarters downstairs with bunk beds, their own bathroom. The house is newly renovated and is really nice with lots of upgrades including very nice fans. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks and paddle boards and saw lots of manatees. John was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Would love to come back next year!

Relaxing on the river, enjoying the peaceful setting of the house, and the wonderful amenities that the owners provide made our stay here truly priceless. We have stayed at multiple houses on the River- and this one exceeded all our expectations. Definitely will be back!

Perfect spot on the weekie!

Beautiful home in a great location
The home was well suited for our group! We enjoyed the covered patio and that our kids could swim right off the dock. If you take the canal up to the main river (about a 10 min paddle), the water is shallow and crystal clear. Heading to the left will take you through more narrow water, but the water stays beautiful. There are many places to dock up on the sandy areas along with some trees to jump put of. There is also a ice cream/hot dog man not to far up the river in this direction.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was a very lovely spot to relax on the river. We watch the manatees every morning and appreciated the use of the kayaks. It was very well stocked, From comfortable throw blankets, to towels, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

My family enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the water. Beds were comfortable! Water was beautiful! We got to see manatees! We had a wonderful trip all around. We plan to come back!
