THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental's HOA counts children toward maximum occupancy. The HOA will deny any guest registrations that exceed this home's occupancy even if guests on the reservation are infants or toddlers. Should maximum occupancy be exceeded, you will not be granted access to the home and your reservation will be canceled. Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
