Impeccably designed with high-end decor and furnishings, this two-story 4BR/3.5BA lakeside retreat is straight from the pages of a design magazine. Added perks at this 3000 square-foot estate include a shuffleboard, a foosball, darts, a grill, and alfresco dining. LIVING AREA Relax in the lavish living area, outfitted with seating for the group and a smart TV. A cozy den has a futon and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The lake-view chef’s kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, and a four-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, dine together at the six-person table. BED & BATH This home sleeps 13 guests between six bedrooms and a full-size futon in the den. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a California King bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects the two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. The fourth bedroom provides a double queen. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The amazing outdoor space has it all, gas grill, and alfresco dining. In the evening, gather for conversation around the wood-burning firepit. The sprawling yard presents ample room for family fun. Head down to the lake for boating, jetskiing, kayaking or swimming. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for 8 cars in the driveway garage and more street parking 6+. The fireplace inside is gas and small firepit outside is propane. The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults. LOCATION Nestled in the beautiful Hill Country close to some of the area’s most popular gems, this home offers unbeatable access to Krause Springs, Pace Bend Park, and Pedernales Falls State Park. When you are not on the lake, visit a wide variety of nearby local restaurants, wineries, and distilleries. Parking Notes: Upon arrival, You will receive the gate code with the access instructions. Parking is available for 8 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This was the perfect space for our large family. The kitchen was fully supplied and the large dining table could fit all of us (unusual in other rentals). Loved the shuffleboard!

We stayed here with 4 families for a weekend getaway. The house layout is great, fully stocked, and provided lots of space. A few tweaks are needed to make it exceptional - floors were sticky and dirty, the AC wasn't on when we arrived and took 12 hours to fully cool down, the back yard has fire ants preventing our kids from playing outside.

Great group weekend

Maria was easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a friends weekend - big kitchen, lots of rooms, good indoor & outdoor hangout space. Only issue was cleanliness - floor was fairly dirty/dusty (people's socks and bare feet were black after walking around for just a few minutes) and we found various items from prior guests that the cleaning team should have caught (tissue under a chair, a stick-on nail in the rug, fake eyelashes in the couch). Overall, though, most everything was clean and the house was exactly what we needed.
