Perfect location, very roomy and spacious with clean modern decor. We loved our time in the flat, especially bright open spaces, TV and Netflix, Little Library and recommendations.
The directions on arrival were a little poor, confusing lack of actual street names, Google Map pins or What Three Words which could be improved,

Apartment was exceptionally clean, great facilities for travelling with a baby. Fantastic central location. Big space, plenty of towels etc. Helpful to have a fan available.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was perfectly placed to explore Ilkley town and countryside. The apartment was quiet even though it was opposite the train station. Communication from Dave at SD Property was very good with details of how to access the property etc. When we return to Ilkley we would use this property again no hesitation and would recommend the apartment to anyone.
The apartment could have benefitted from a small wardrobe in the hall area for the person using the sofa bed as there was no hanging space provided. Also a dishcloth would have been handy.

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The attention to detail was appreciated - for example, the provision of an extension cable for the hairdryer. The on street parking, organised for us via a permit, was excellent. The area is quiet and safe and we were not at all concerned about leaving our car on the street overnight.

Parking was a misrepresented we felt. Given the availability of parking was actually in the title of the property, we believed this was private parking but turned out to be zoned parking on nearby roads. Not always easy to find near the property.
No live tv which was raised when received message asking us how our holiday was going but no reply was given.

Great location. Well equipped, spacious and comfortable.
entrance stairs, step up to shower and quite deep step down to bedroom so not suitable for guests with mobility problems.

The location was superb with everything within a short stroll. Great to have car parking; unusual for apartments. The apartment was modern and very comfortable with everything we needed.
We couldn't get the TV to work and there were no 'basic' instructions that would help; just the set-up instruction booklets. We were only staying for a short time so this didn't prove an issue, but it would be for longer stays.

Excellent clean comfortable apartment in great location.
SD representative very helpful on phone (otherwise lack of info about arrival instructions would have been very stressful).
Extra admin to provide signed T&C's, driving licence/ID, and card details again (already provided), and no confirmation given of receipt of info, so didn't know if reservation was fully confirmed. Last minute provision of flat number and key code, surely codes are allocated to dates, not randomly allocated by cleaner after cleaning flat so can be given earlier. No email confirmation that parking permit was in place, (did receive text after phone call to ask about it).

Location is perfect for exploring Ilkley. Once parked up you csn get around all the amenities, restaurants and bars.A great town and a great apartment as a base.
