Welcome to our modern condo get away in Canmore. Your local base camp to adventure in the Rocky Mountains. With Banff National park a quick 10 minute drive and the delicious restaurants of Canmore Main Street just a short walk, come stay and enjoy the best the Canadian Rockies have available to offer. After a long day of hiking, skiing or shopping retire to the roof top hot tub to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the Rockies. 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, full kitchen with a large living space for entertaining. 1st Bedroom with en-suite and queen bed. 2nd Bedroom with a queen bed 3rd Bedroom with 3 single beds + pack and play for infants (mattress not included) 2nd Bathroom is a full bathroom shared with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms Kitchen has a 4 burner cooktop stove with a built in microwave. Equipped with all the cooking accessories, plates and silverware required for a gourmet dinner. Or fire up the propane grill for a BBQ on the private patio. Guests have access to the entire condo except the supply closet. In addition there is complimentary access to the building’s shared gym and hot tub. Canmore is a vibrant mountain community where the Canadian Rockies are our play ground and the town tavern is where we retire in the evenings to tell our stories of adventure. Make your self at home and enjoy the sense of adventure and warm welcoming community. There are two underground private parking spots for guests to use with private elevator access. Getting around Canmore is easy. Main Street is a short walk away for restaurants, shopping and pubs. Banff National Park is a 10 minute drive away for all the hiking your heart desires. Banff town site is a 20 minute drive or a 30 minute public bus ride. Covid Info: In order to do our part in preventing the spread we participate in the Air B&B additional Covid cleaning, provide no contact check in/check out and allow 24 hours between guests to air out condo. The hot tub and gym are currently OPEN. Additional cleaning protocols and time limits are implemented to allow use of these amenities when they are open. Instructions are included in the House Manual and MUST be followed. Thank you for your understanding while we all navigate these difficult times. — Heating and Cooling - Summer, the condo can heat up on hot days. Take advantage of the cool nights and the fans in the closets to cool it down. - Winter, each room is heated with baseboard heaters. Set the thermostats at your desired temperature in each room. The bathrooms and kitchen have in floor heating and can be adjusted with the thermostats on the walls. Please turn down the in floor heating when you leave for the day. — Using the BBQ - Make sure and clean the BBQ after each use. Take the grill brush and brush the grills after each use to prevent grease build up. — Reopening of Hot Tubs and Fitness Rooms – New COVID Protocol Please reference and follow all new posted rules. An additional cleaning protocol has also been implemented. Under this new protocol, everyone using these facilities should note: - These facilities are not monitored and used at your own risk. - Everyone MUST sanitize their hands before entry and after use. Sanitizing stations have now been set-up for this purpose. — Fitness Rooms - Only a single-family unit or cohort is allowed at any time, up to the specified maximum number of people: o three (3) people in fitness rooms in building A and C. o two (2) people in fitness room in building B. - Keep 2 m (6 ft) apart. The equipment has been repositioned to allow this. - Machines and equipment must be sanitised before and after each use as directed. - Masks MUST be worn whilst traveling between stations but not while exercising. - Alberta Health Services recommends using your own unit shower and it is strongly advised to not use the shower in the fitness room. You do so at your own risk and must sanitize the handles and fixtures before and after use, using the spray provided. — Hot Tubs - No hot tub sharing is allowed. Only a single-family unit or cohort may use the hot tub at one time, up to a maximum of five (5) people. - Use of the hot tubs will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per visit and booked in 25 minute time slots. - Masks MUST be worn at all times when not in the hot tubs. - No loitering in or around the decks or the stairwell leading to the rooftop hot tubs. — Instructions for checkout: - Load and run the dish washer. Leave the clean dishes in the dish washer. - Clean pots and pans. Leave the clean pots and pans on the counter to dry. - Load and run towels in washing machine. - Return the Banff Park pass to the front closet for the next guest - deposit the trash in the trash bins in the parkade before you leave - take all recycling with you. There is recycling bins next to Canadian Tire for your use

Enjoyed a quick getaway with family in Canmore. The space was big giving me and my family space and privacy

Overall the unit was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, is in close proximity to all the Canmore amenities we enjoy, and Wes was able to support us when we ran into logistic issues, for example, the door/deadbolt lock not accepting the code we were issued. We experienced a couple issues to note: 1. My senior citizen parents joined us on the trip and stated the master bedroom mattress was too uncomfortable for them. 2. We stayed in the unit over New Years and were subjected rowdy neighbours. The night of Dec 30th was tolerable as the celebration/noise subsided around midnight. On New Year's Eve, the celebration/yelling/fighting moved from neighbouring units, to the hallway and stopped around 3:30 AM.

Included a park pass, chocolates, resources for activities and walking distance to groceries and downtown shopping! Great space to rent! We loved it!

Everything about this condo was great for our family of four - the location, the included amenities (park pass!). The only reason it’s not a full 5-stars across the board is that I think the dishwasher needs some TLC as some parts continuously left the dishes dirty (whole dishes in other parts were just fine). We’d definitely book again.
