This is a gorgeous home with a little surprise: its own backyard resort! Large decks decorated with palm trees offer lots of space for relaxing by the gracefully curving solar-heated pool. If you need a break from the sunshine, you can cool off beneath the poolside veranda while listening to music from the indoor/outdoor stereo system or the peaceful lull of the waves. Miramar boasts a lovely kitchen with granite countertops that open into a spacious great room that includes two sitting areas and a large dining area. The main floor great room features panoramic views perfect for watching the waves and taking in sunrises or sunsets. The home has six suites, a downstairs den/kitchenette/bar area for easy access to and from the pool, and a cozy media room with a wrap-around sofa for watching your favorite movies or shows on the TV. An exercise room next to the pool will help keep you active, with a universal weight machine and lifecycle. There are two outdoor showers for easy sand removal after a day at the beach, which is right across the street! THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
