Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) spent the weekend visiting the Ark Encounter. We chose to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room to have access to a kitchen, laundry, and a little more space for our family. The location is a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex about 10 minutes from the Ark and was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable, bedding and linens were good quality. Owners really thought of all the little details to make our stay comfortable. We would stay here again!

Property is well maintained. Only problem was the twin beds in one of the rooms. I think it should be a queen. We gave my parents the room with the queen bed and my husband and I slept separate for two nights. Everything else was great!!! Lots of extras that we normally do not receive. Loved having the washer and dryer.

Property manager was very responsive and worked with my family as far as check in/check out times. Place was very clean. Water was in the fridge , towels sheet, bedding, cot, toiletries were all available to us. Very happy we chose this place, and would definitely stay again!

Very clean well maintained property in a safe area. We enjoyed the freedom of eating at "home" if we chose. The laundry facilities were great too! Thank you for your part in making our trip a pleasant one.

Stayed here for our yearly sister get away. The property is very nice. House is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. We visited the Ark Experience and Cincinnati Museum Center.

We were pleased with the location being very easily accessible to the interstate, as well as restaurants/stores. The duplex itself was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, welcoming and comfortable, much better than a hotel room. I would highly recommend Haven Ridge to anyone who will be in the area to tour the Ark Encounter or any other activity.

With one queen bed, two twin beds and a comfortably furnished living room including an extra large couch this home made for an excellent alternative to a hotel for our little group as we attended a local conference. We would definitely stay here again with a similarly sized group.

Great, quiet location. Clean, comfortable home with all the amenities you need - including washer/dryer. Comfortable beds in the master, complete and easy instructions for TV and wifi, extra items provided in kitchen. Perfect recommendations on places to eat - we enjoyed all of the places we visited. As all others have stated, ideally situated for access to the Creation Museum and the ARK Encounter. Super hosts!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. We will absolutely stay again anytime we are in the area. And we will recommend that any of our friends visiting the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum to stay here, very short drive and conveniently located near those attractions as well as various restaurant options. This was our first experience using VRBO to book a stay and it was a wonderful experience all around. Haven Ridge is clean, comfortable and in a great location, especially since our main reasons for our visit were the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The proximity to gas stations, restaurants and a Super WalMart is also a huge plus. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the greater Cincinnati area.

We really enjoyed out stay at Haven Ridge. PROS: • The home was very clean and décor was lovely • The location to the highway and stores was great • The extra towels/washcloths came in handy • Extra kitchen supplies-coffee/creamer/sugar etc. • Quiet neighborhood • Close to the Ark Encounter and about 30 mins from the Creation Museum CON: The AC went out and we only noticed it on the second day as we were out all day. We contacted John the evening before check out and he responded within an hour. Could not get anyone out to check it until the morning we were to check out. Repairman came earlier than expected but was unable to fix the broken condensor fan motor. Even-though we were hot as He!! this was no fault of John’s and he promtly offered a refund for one nights stay. With all of this we would definitely stay again when in the area. Suggestion: Pedestal fans for each bedroom or ceiling fans.

Quiet neighborhood, loved having a washer/dryer. Need a few items: regular coffee ( only had decaf) Blow dryer. Host had to restock toilet paper, hand soap during stay.

Everything was nice and clean. Due to it being the night before Thanksgiving that we discovered that the propane was out, we had to make do with warming up pots of water on the stove to dump in the tub to wash up and wore extra clothing and stacked up blankets for 2 nights. It was fixed on the Friday after Thanksgiving though. We chose not to pack everything up to go elsewhere and made do with this inconvenience. When vrbo support got the owner to contact us, he was very apologetic.

I traveled with my sisters to see the Ark experience. The location of this home was perfect. Just minutes away from restaurants but far enough out in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The Ark was only a short drive away. We loved having this cute home to ourselves. So much better than a hotel. The house was very clean and nicely decorated! We decided to stay an extra night. Contacting the owner was very easy and he was quick to respond. He was very helpful and made the process super easy. Our only complaint was the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable, just too hard for us older folks. Overall though a great place to stay.
