When you enter Snorkster's Dream, the first thing you’ll notice is that the colors of the beach surround you. The open floor plan offers wonderful ocean views from almost every part of this east-facing condo. The great room is a wonderful area for family entertaining, watching your favorite movie on the TV, or just sitting with your laptop and updating your social media page on the complimentary internet provided in Snorkster's Dream. Step out of the great room onto one of the two private balconies and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as they crash upon the shore and watch the seagulls as they fly by on the ocean breeze. Modern comfortable seating is ready for family mealtime, whether preparing a grand feast or just a quick bite before your fun day on the beach. The main suite offers a bed, a private bath, and an oceanfront balcony for a quiet moment or evening cocktails. The large TV will permit you to catch up on the day’s events or to watch your favorite late night shows. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
