The staff was not professional at all. They charged an extra amount and argued that the rates on your website are wrong. The toilet was very dirty. Unpleasant smell from bed.

We had a wonderful stay we humble staff and very hard working such a good buffet spread top notch was their hill view rooms really Over all it was a excellent stay

Stay was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and service was good as well as prompt was well beahved and coprative must visite again and recommended property .

If they charge for early check-in, informed before entering.
I am asking for pre check-in on telephonic conversation, but not sure to early check-in, still they have charge for this, need clear communication before....check-in about any extra charges.
