The property was very clean, with a coffee machine and coffee. We had everything ready for breakfast: Cornoflex, bread, jam, coffee. And we got a perfect recommendation for restaurants.

Athens visit with Family & Friends

Akis went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even presented us with a few breakfast/coffee items. Excellent host and felt very welcome. Apartment is quite spacious with a proper living room to share.

it was AMAZING. Excellent location near everything beautiful.walking distance to the Acropolis, metro, buses. wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and extra nice. We will go back and stay there for sure. very clean and had everything you could need Comfortable beds Loved it 😍

Very cozy and modern apartment, excellent as a starting point to visit Athens.

Located in a very good neighborhood close to the Acropolis, a good starting point for a short stay to visit Athens. Very cozy apartment and friendly host, who provided an extensive list of tips for good restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was recently upgraded in a modern and tasteful fashion and had all the amenities needed for a group of 5 people.

The building is dated and you can hear everything from other apartments in the building, including conversations, especially in the bathroom :) The balcony is small and not very comfortable (however a good addition to the apartment). The rooms get little light, which in fact could prove useful in hot summer days.

Great snacks, coffee and the host provided us with a detailed guide where to eat and where to go.

There were no available parking spaces near the apartment, parking was possible in parking house/garage nearby.

Pleasanr stay in centre of Athens, recommended if you are visit the city for leisure or business.

Property is at very convenient location if you are going to visit Acropolis. Akis from Blue Ark was very good with communication. There was bread, coffee/tea/sugar which was really helpful. Best place to stay if you are family with young kids or just friends. surrounded by some very nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Finding parking is challenging, but that’s not properties fault, the whole of Athens city centre is jam packed with street parking.

Excellent accommodation in Athens! ⭐️

Loved the convenient location. Quiet and safe property. Great restaurants near the property. Only walking distance to/from attractions in Athens. Nice and clean property. It had everything we needed during our stay. Akis, the host, was there to welcome us. He gave us clear instructions for the property. He also gave us valuable restaurant recommendations and transportation instructions. We also appreciated the delicious welcome gifts he prepared for us.

Super attentive host. Cosy apartment. Excellent location. The best food we ate on our trip was in bakeries and restaurants 2 minutes away from the apartment! Also very close to the major attractions. Would stay again.

Great helpful hosts, very clean, fully equipped apartment, very spacious. Bread, jam, butter, various coffee at our disposal. Super comfortable and spacious beds, spacious bathroom, great wi-fi. We will be back for sure.

Best Athens expirience you can imagine

The owner of the property Akis is very kind and professional. Thanks to his advices we arranged perfectly to see most of the historical places and museums just in two days. ln between we made breaks to ear in the restaurants from his list and it was the best you can find in Greece, in term of quality and service at reasonable price. Without him we would certainly miss to see something and visit on time. Akis also organised transfers from and to the airport for us, all the recommendations from our side. Location of the flat is close to Acropolis where most of the “must see places” are located, in very friendly and safe city area for the stay and walk even at night.

Cozy apartment, fantastic location at the lively and safe Koukaki neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk from everything, with great public transportation, lots and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes right outside your door. Very comfortable beds, excellant shower, VERY clean, with all emenities needed. Akis is a great and kind host, always responssive and gave us lots of tips for a great stay. We would love to be back and we highly recommend!!

The apartment is great, located on 1st floor with elevator. The place has everything you need! and Akis is amazing- helps with anything you need! Location is great next to restaurant, bars and supermarket. 5 minutes walk from the Plaka

Modern flat at the heart of Athens served by great host

I've managed to sort out key collection and airport transfer with host via whatsapp so that no stress happened at arrival then next day, host met us and gave us loads of useful info about the house and around the neighborhood

At first, people thought there was no hot water - but all instructions were actually on a book-like near the TV which we were not immediately aware - but at that time i already had family complaining lol. And the building is not the best, although the flat itself is great with modern furniture and isolating windows to check out can be tricky as the front door could be locked when you drop keys inside the flat - but not a big deal if you have more than one people with you.

Blue Ark Comfort is located in the safest area of the city center and it has all the comforts an traveler needs. From espresso machine with capsules to 3 TVs, very comfortable beds and an excellent shower. we will definitely come again

Our host went beyond service to ensure our stay was awesome. I will recommend Blue Ark as the best place to stay.

The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. Our host was very attentive to hospitality details, he thought of everything. He provided an awesome list of restaurants, shared directions to points of interest, and answered all of our questions.

The mattress was very firm for me, I told them and they said would look into finding mattress toppers.

We had everyting we wanted and more

We loved this apartment, we felt really comfortable from the first minute and we had more than we expected. The location is very nice, and there is also a small balcony looking the back yard. Near restaurants are great and Acropolis is a short walk away

Perfect location just a few meters away from metro station and the main monuments. The apartment is brand new, with big kitchen, fridge, smart TV, comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. There is also a balcony to sit and relax

THe balcony is kind small, but we didn't came for it. Everything else is absolutelly amazing
