The property is very nice and well equipped. A bit hard to find but great once you do find it. We did not get a chance to sleep on the beds to share if comfortable. Unfortunately we had a disagreement with the host impossible to resolve, she was extremely difficult, even the VRBO rep could not understand her.

We stayed at this home while in town for a wedding. It was such a beautiful home with a lot of extra touches. We will definitely be back.

We had 3 couples staying for a local memorial service. This rental is convenient to everything and was very very clean. Wish there were mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so it wasn't so hard to share 1bathroom for 4 adults. We would stay here again.

The rental process was easy enough.

We stayed at the Trail Inn Clermont in March 2023 for a Sommer Sports Triathlon. It was absolutely perfect! So very clean, well stocked, comfortable and so relaxing! It had plenty of room and everything you could need was included. The master bed was so comfortable after a day of racing. We also loving relaxing on the swing and front porch. We definitely plan on staying at the Trail Inn again when we come back for future races. Sue is super easy to communicate with and she makes sure you have all the information before you check in. She even had a welcome basket! We can’t wait to go back!

Our three kids were participating in the state swim meet at the NTC and the Trail Inn was the perfect location! Super close to the training center, grocery and restaurants. The house was clean, prepared and comfy. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves back in town. The accommodations were everything described and more. The home was clean and well appointed with everything you need plus extras. The welcome basket, coffee, and Keurig station were above our expectations for a VRBO rental. The paper products were abundant and the bathrooms were stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioners and hand lotions. We there for six weeks and during the first week the owners had a new patio with a fire pit installed and it was a very nice addition. The home is located along the West Orange Trail which is great for biking and hiking. It sits on about an acre of fenced-in property that gives you a feeling of spaciousness. You’ll find just about everything you might need within about 3-4 miles from the house. The hosts were very friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Our stay there was thoroughly enjoyable.

We travelled with our pets to meet with family in the area for a belated Christmas get-together. Susan was communicative and clear (I love how specific her directions are!) and we were so pleased to find snacks available as well as every comfort of home. I have to say that all three beds were incredibly comfortable which, sadly, is unusual in my experience, and there were more than enough pillows for everyone. We would definitely book here again in the future.
