The main floor area consists of two separate living rooms, one with a brand new large sectional couch, TV, and a propane electric stove to keep you toasty in the cooler months. The other includes a pull-out queen couch, comfy chair, and 'work from anywhere' desk space. There is an open kitchen/dining area with three barstools and separate breakfast area along a wall of windows with views of the field, farm and river. Attached on the main level are both a deck with outdoor dining table overlooking the field, river and farm, and a covered back porch with a small couch, chairs, coffee table, two swings and a gas grill with views of the next door farm and their goats! The main floor also includes a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. Upstairs there are four bedrooms: The primary bedroom with king bed and sitting area and a full ensuite bathroom, two bunk rooms each with a set of twin bunkbeds, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is also a shared full bath with tub/shower in the upstairs hallway. Outside you'll find a private back yard and expansive side field with river access and views of next-door Adam's Farm. We also have created a new screened-in porch bunk room for enjoying evening drinks or sleeping alfresco!
