the location of the property is apt. though the property design seems a bit weird yet for a traveller who wish to book just to grab a night sleep after a long day of sightseeing, its one of the best option available
Parking can be an issue if there are lot of guests with 4 wheelers. but not a huge challenge. the towels need to be replaced as I could feel they are almost worn out.

Our stay at Manora Residency was nice. Staff were very helpful and nice. Location is very good. All the Cafes and Beach are at walkable distance.

I like the room, it's neat and clean and also the staff's are very co-operative,kind. I suggest whoever visit to pondicherry they should stay in this place only. It's very near to whitetown,rock beach,ashram market etc.

NEVER CHOOSE THIS.....One of the most third class so called Hotel I have ever stayed .... starting from the beginning to end it was like a terrible experience what we had ...this kind of room provider just looting d public in the name of hotel service ...the bunch of uneducated ,unmannered ,unprofessional and unethical people are there in the hotel industry just for making money without giving any services ( no bassic facility like linen,kettle,TV, toiletries,lift etc) ..it doesn't worth even for 500/night but I had to pay 4.3K because of my own mistake paying in advance ..... Location wise also not at all recommended as there is garbage corner just beside this property.... The nearby private property owner Warned me before my check in ...but I couldn't help myself...... So think twice before u book this horrible place to ruin your leisure time ..
My own mistake to choose this 3rd class so called Hotel which is actually an apartment where u will have to use common washroom with other guest staying in other room.
