Overall quiet location. Back yard was cool and nice place to sit and relax. Beautiful with the lights outside in the backyard. Was nice to have laundry on site. Was nice to have a garage to park car in. Overall good space. Was nice to have a full kitchen too.

Property was a little dated and needed some minor repairs. Driveway was pretty steep so you had to be a little cautious opening doors.

Only minor things for maintenance, dripping tub, ripped sun shade outside of bedroom which flapped during wind, Adirondack chair was unusable due to broken boards, not anything that deterred us from coming back again..

Amazing to have a whole house for cheaper than a hotel stay for a week :)

Steep driveway

The location, back yard, and furnishings in the house. It took a while for us to actually get moved into the house because the air conditioning wasn't working and I didn't want to unpack my truck until I knew for sure we would be staying there, especially with dogs. At first, it was hard to get in touch with the rental company since they were not answering their phones. After a few attempts, they finally answered and we told them about the A/C. We waited on the back porch for 1.5 hours until the A/C guy came to the rescue. Once A/C was working, we moved in. The rental company had the nicest people to deal with and once we got into the house after 3:00pm, life was good again.

It was very frustrating at the beginning of our stay at The Wave. Took a while to get code to house since I needed to get email up and running. Friend had to provide hotspot. Would have been easier had it been sent by TEXT. Chair on back porch broken and sand all over the blue couch. No RCA cables available to use DVD/VHS player. Fortunately I brought a portable DVD player. Found 4 cans of tea in freezer where one had exploded, leaving ice brownish looking. Took refrigerator a long time to get cold because we didn't know we had to set the freezer and refrigerator dials. A note on refrigerator on how to set dials would be helpful. Provide steps from RV parking to driveway. Slipped several times unloading truck because driveway was to steep, so parked in RV spot. Made loading and unloading very difficult. One last thing, the shower floors were uneven. I felt like I was slipping towards the drain. It was weird but doable.
