The space *This home is a 30 day minimum rental* Beautiful home, true entertainers estate in Indio, located right near the polo fields, 15 min from Agua Caliente Casino. This stunning two story home comes turn-key furnished, bedrooms freshly painted and newly furnished. Backyard has a salt water pool and spa, outdoor misters surround the gas bbq area and living space with outdoor TV. Cozy up around the firepit at night and enjoy some s'mores! Sliding doors open to create combined indoor and outdoor fun for the whole family, large living areas in the open floor plan, an open kitchen with double oven, and lots of natural light. High ceilings, Tile floors, Newer appliances, Granite counter tops, indoor bar and billiard room equipped for your family. This home is 4 bedrooms plus a loft that adds as an extra room making 5. Master bedroom has a balcony, his and hers walk in closets and sinks in the master bathroom. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in. The attached 4 car garage has AC and with workout equipment and a treadmill to enjoy. Close to many shopping centers, and markets. This tropical oasis welcomes you! New Samsung smart tv 75inch installed in living room and also the master bedroom. Drapes installed for privacy in the loft, serving as an extra large bedroom. ELECTRICITY: During the summer months, guests are required to cover electricity fees used during their stays. PETS: If pets are accompanying guests during their stays, there is a one time pet deposit fee of $1,000 for any pet related cleaning or damage coverage. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request. PARKING: The garage can fit 4 vehicles comfortably, along with 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please no parking on the street. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:  If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out CHECKOUT DUTIES:  If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:  Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users' Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
